Extremely painful Extremely long wait Extremely unorganized Extremely bad management Extremely horrible communication Extremely unreliable Extremely disrespectful Extremely expensive Extremely corrupt The list can go on but "Extreme Audio" I didn't get. Over 4 months and they still can't get the job done! I didn't ask for anything wildly crazy. I just needed to replace my dead audio radio. I thought supporting a small business would be nice. WRONG! On 12/21/21, I called to get a replacement radio for my car. I was quoted $300. The next morning, I went in to put down 50% deposit. I told them I need my back camera to work. Chris told me I needed to upgrade to a $500 radio in order have back camera. I agreed and put down $400. I was told they will call me once my radio is delivered. Nothing for 3 weeks! Not a single phone call. On 1/22/22, I called to follow-up on the status of my radio. The guy on the phone couldn't find my order. He put me on hold for a long time. When he finally came back, he told me the radio hasn't arrived yet. I'm sure this was went they finally ordered the radio. On 2/4/22, I called again. Still no radio. I asked to talk to the manager, Chris. I was told he already left for the day. I asked that he called me back on Monday. Monday came and no call. On 2/8/22, I got a call to schedule a time to install my radio. We scheduled for 2/11/2022. I thought the drama was over. Not even close! On the day of installation, I was told they didn't know I needed my back camera to work. I reminded them why I upgraded my radio. They said they have no records of such a request. Suddenly, they change their story to needing an adapter to make the back camera work. Since I already paid for labor, I agreed to buy the adapter for an extra $65. I waited for Chris to place an order for the adapter. I was told it would take at least 2 weeks to get it delivered since it's coming from Florida. On 2/22/21, I called to follow up on my adapter since no one called me. Once again, the person on my phone has no clue. He said he will call Chris to get the status. On 3/8/21, I called again to follow up. I was told Chris said the adapter hasn't arrived. Shit! They might as well order the dam part from China! It would be here already! On 3/15/21, I called again to request a refund. I was told Chris is on vacation and I should call back tomorrow to talk to him. On 3/16/21, I called at 1PM and finally talked to Chris. His excuse was that he was on vacation. We scheduled a time to finish installing my back camera the following week. On 3/23/21, I arrived at 9AM to get my camera installed as scheduled. The guy at the front looked puzzled and couldn't find anything scheduled in the computer. He left to the back and came back with a lame excuse that Chris will need to reschedule for tomorrow morning since his kid is sick (I'm almost sure Chris is sitting back there in his little office hiding). Being a parent, I understand about sick kids but it's not that hard to just call and let me know so I didn't have to drive across town in rainy bad weather. I left with no real schedule on when exactly I should come back and they never called me to follow up either. No surprise! This shit show has gone long enough and I have been as understanding as humanly possible. I'm done chasing them to do their job! They have a disclaimer on their invoice stating, "NO REFUNDS and all sales are final.... Anything not picked up 90 days will be sold or thrown away." I'm guessing they want to stall my installation so they can keep the extra money without doing any work, or they have been lying and never got the part to install my back camera. If you can afford to wait months and chase them down like little kids to get "part" of your work done, go right ahead and contact them. My biggest regard is thinking a small business would do a better job and deserves to get paid. I wasted so much time and ended up paying over $700 for a simple car radio replacement. NEVER AGAIN! EXTREMELY CORRUPT!!! Not to mention... the entire experience felt sexist and racist too. Stay far away, women and minorities. read more

Cutting edge, clean, and high tech! I am a audiophile and love good quality sound. Extreme Audio has it all from basic installs to complete custom setups. I received excellent customer service from there highly experienced staff. Guided me to exactly what I was looking for. They have a lot of choices but no too many so you don't get confused. They only Carry the best quality stuff even there low end is great at reasonable prices. There install are clean and solid. I've never had a better experience at any other electronics store. They have home audio also which I'm going to explore next year. I wish every business was this thorough and detailed with there dealings. 5 Stars all the way thanks guys read more

without asking me the owner drilled 4 holes thru my vechile with dry wall screws causing damage to my brand new 2020 truck. and because if his negligence my warranty in the upholstery and the under body warranty for no rust has been now been voided due to him drilling holes. extreme said to get the estimate they would pay for the damages. the damages the owner did are over 1200. i bring the bill they now refused to pay and say now its a law they have to drill down boxes. yet from august 20th until oct 14th this box was not drilled down. after speaking to other audio stores and a lawyer there is no such law on this. he also cut my brand new floor liner. i never gave permission for holes to be drilled or them to alter my truck that way. he did it because after going 6 times in a month and half for him to get the box made right. read more

Great Service! I originally had my windows tinted by Extreme Audio back 4 years ago. Fast forward to last week and the front windows appeared to be peeling. I called them up and the next day they were able to get me in and re-tint the front windows. They have a very clean shop, and some of their custom work is amazing. Not a fan. I wanted a cd/dvd player installed and when I went in they stated it would be around $100 for the install and then they said I needed an fm tuner antenna. I have had a lot of cd and dvd players installed previously by other companies and I have never heard of such a thing and on a newer car and a brand new pioneer unit it sounded like a scam. I agreed to pay the extra $25 for it anyways, being trusting. When I brought it in for the install they called me momenta later stating they were going to charge an additional $30 because the wires connecting to the dvd player were not in the original socket. The socket that connects to the original head unit of the car is different from the pioneer so they have to be taken out anyways. So in total it was $150. And then when I go to pick it up they said that the mounting bracket was not a pioneer mounting bracket and that I needed a pioneer mounting bracket for my car. That is a lie. Because not one cd/dvd head unit manufacturer makes mounting brackets for each of their units for each model of car available. That would be insane. So what did they do? They left it hanging their loosely. SO when I got home I had the nice job of taking my dash apart and installing the stock honda civic bracket that was there in the first place and low and behold everything fit perfectly. And the cherry on top is I never saw any little fm tuner thingy they charged me an additional $25 for. SO I paid $155 plus tax for them to connect wires and have me do the mounting myself. Thanks. And thanks for the greasy fingerprints on my a-pillars guys. I highly recommend going somewhere else. I have always had better luck at places like muntz on mason. read more
