This place does it all. I got my windows tinted there, had plenty of custom t-shirts and hoodies made here, yard signs, banners, business cards. I even bought shoes here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..... this guy will string you on buying time and never actually get anything done but his novelty t shirts.... then when he notices your reviews on his bad business he will quick block you on Facebook so people still think he's a 5 start business.. I've known the owner Kasey for well over 5 years and to be honest I'm shocked that it's come down to writing a poor review on his business. I'm convinced that it really doesn't matter to him, but I feel that the issue needs to be recognized and it's his choice if he addresses it. The consumer should be made aware. Here is what transpired: 9/30/2024 I reached out to Kasey advising him I have a contractor looking for shirts and gained permission to email him for a quote. He responded with yes. I sent the email right away 10/1/2024 I received no response so I wanted to confirm the email. I reached out to Kasey and asked if he received my email and if it made sense (there was a lot of moving parts) - He replied that he never received the email. I resent it and asked him to let me know when he received it. - He never did let me know 10/4/2024 I asked him if he was able to work on the quote request I sent over. He responded with I'll send it over in a little bit. I received nothing 10/7/2024 I asked him if he had sent that quote over as I didn't receive anything. I sent that text to him at 9:42am. I receive no response. I texted again at 7:28pm stating: "Hey, sorry to bother you..just wanted to touch base if you got that quote done? If you're too busy for the job that's fine just le me know so I can send my customers elsewhere. I don't want to leave them hanging." He replied after that stated "Yes what's your email? I'll reforward" (this seemed odd to me as everything was done with my email and the communication prior so he obviously has my email) but I replied back with my email 10/8/2024 I texted him in the morning to let him know I never received the quote. He replied with he took his email off his phone so he would send it when he got back into work 10/9/2024 I texted Kasey letting him know that my customer accepted his quote and they would like to order shirts and asked him how he would like me to order. NO reply. So I emailed in an order outlined what made sense to me. no reply or acknowledgement 10/15/2024 I texted Kasey "Hey Kasey, were you available to do those shirts for XXXXXXX? I haven't seen a reply to the email I sent last week." no reply 10/16/2024 I texted again "Kasey, I'm not trying to be a pain here. These are my customers so I recommended you to drive you business. But it's ultimately my name on the line with them. Are you going to have time to do their shirts or should I suggest them to go through someone else? I just haven't gotten a reply to the email order from a week ago inquiring about a mock up and how you wanted us to officially submit the order." I received a few texts after stating that his phone just got fixed, that he couldn't log in, that he ordered all the stuff and that he's honestly hoping Friday. 10/24/2024 I texted "Kasey any update on the shirt order?" as I hadn't hear anything since the last convo on 10/16 - no reply 10/25/2024 I texted Kasey again "Hey Kasey, any update on the shirt order? I'm not trying to be a dickhead here but I'm getting zero communication from you, so I can't update my customer on anything....and they're inquiring about the status and ETA on the order." The reply I receive this time was that his cellphone carrier was dumb and "This week. I Promise." 11/2/2024 I messaged Kasey again as once again no communication for a week "Hey Kasey, any updates on those shirts?" no reply 11/5/2024 I messaged again "Hey Kasey, any updates on those shirts?" I received a reply and this time it was "All printed. Hoping to finish today. Sat bound stuff set it back. We did over 5,000 t-shirts last week." 11/11/2024 another week later with no communication I messaged Kasey "Hey Kasey, any update on the shirts?" - no reply 11/13/2024 I messaged again "Hey Kasey any update on the shirts?" with no reply I sent another message 6 hours later - "Customer would like an update on their shirts? Would you like me to advise them to go elsewhere?" Never received any responses. I tried calling and calls were never answered or returned. Keep in mind his business phone number is his cellphone number and in his voicemail he states "leave a message or text this number" so communication through text is supported. Frankly, I'm shocked that a business owner and someone who I would have considered a friend at one point could be so dismissive to a customer. I was very patient and offered him numerous times outs if hey simply was too busy or didn't actually want to do the work. Communication is key and he just refused to communicate, so now not only did he make me look bad to my customer, but now him and his business leaves a sour taste in not only my mouth but also my customer as they aware of who I was working through. Worst part is there was zero acknowledgement that he dropped the ball, he didn't apologize or respond at all.
