I had my car fully wrapped by this place. A couple weeks later my car called 911 by itself in a parking lot. Durning the wrapping process you need to take bumpers off door panels and many other parts on the vehicle so you can hide the edges of the wrap. When the shark fin antenna cover was reinstalled it didn't get sealed properly and rain water ran inside my roof on a model and shorted it out. Emergency services, GPS, phone controls, weather, XM radio all dead. The process of fixing this problem is to get a brand new module and have a trained BMW technician program it for 4 hours costing $4,000. Jim admitted he made the mistake and promised to get it fixed. Couple weeks went by and he got back to me about where to take it to get fixed. He hired a small time mechanic bout a used module and the mechanic coded the module to not signal the car there was a problem with the emergency SOS system. I still had no GPS along with the rest of the options. I tried staying in touch with the mechanic and Jim from Forsaken Customs but got nowhere. He won't even stand behind his wrap that is lifting on my car in spots. Won't return any of my calls. Just recently my adaptive, cruise control, and lane assist, started messing up, sometimes swerving to the right almost putting me in a ditch. I found a plug that was ripped off from where it was fastened when they took the front bumper off they failed to unplug it so the whole unplugged load water to get in shorting out more modules in my car. No that doesn't work. He also didn't reinstall some plastic skid plates on the bottom of my car and they caught the wind and blew off and broke, so I had to replace those two. No one basically forced to trade my dream car in because of all the problems with a short adult modules I don't have that kind of money to have BMW replace and reprogram them. It will probably cost over $10,000. I'm not trying to play the pour me victim but it's bullshit. People can screw people over and get away with it. So thanks Jim at Forsaken Customs for messing my car up and not standing behind your work! read more
