I called European Wax Center last week to book an appointment. Whomever I spoke with booked my appt…read moreand told me she would see me on the 4th at 8:30am. So guess what I showed up at that time. The lady looked me up and she asked my information and guess what I wasn't in the computer! I was starting to get very upset and frustrated because I know for sure that I booked an appointment. The lady checked the computer for both locations and I wasn't in neither of them. So, I walked to my car and spoke with the lady at the falls location and she told me that normally they send a confirmation a couple of days before and I never got that which tells me that the lady never put my appointment in the computer. It was a waste of time. They were both really professional and nice but I don't like when my time is wasted. So, my suggestion to you make sure that you call them, get the name of the person you spoke with, make sure they have all of your information and send you a confirmation email. I have attached a photo of the phone call I made to them last week to book my appt!
