I was diagnosed with a mental health disorder this past year and getting my meds is the worst. I have to call every month to ask them to fill my prescription. And every month they make me feel like I'm drug seeking when I'm just trying to get my meds so I can be normal. They are rarely kind or compassionate or empathetic. The employee at the pharmacy counter also told me that CVS online pharmacy isn't "linked" to their pharmacy. I don't see how that possible but even if true I was there in person the day before so what does the online/phone garbage matter. This place is garbage and they tell you you can't file a complaint in the store.
