I received email reminders leading up to our move, and a phone call the morning of our move when the truck was 15 minutes out. Robert and Robert (or Rob and Bert!) arrived right on time and ready to work. They did a quick walk-thru of the space with us, where we identified which items were going where (we had to stop at a storage unit before the home we were moving into). After that, they packaged all of our items with care, and safely loaded everything onto the truck! It took around four hours to complete our move, and at around $800 total, it was well worth the price.
