After packing all requested boxes and furniture items from a very full three story home, they were able to get in EVERY other boxed item we had!! I think they were even proud of themselves, as this was the fullest pod they had ever packed and they did it in an amazingly short amount of time!! Our original estimate had been with two movers. The morning of, an extra mover had become available so we accepted the third mover at an extra $89 an hour and still came in considerably below estimate due to their efficiency!! Don't give it a second thought... Badger Brothers are the movers to hire!

They took great care with my furniture and other items that I added to the move last minute. They even offered to move furniture once placed if I changed my mind on original placement. Their efficiency and customer service were outstanding! They made moving day a lot easier for sure.

There was a little mix-up in obtaining the parking permit in order to park the cube on the street, but that was handled with patience and understanding. Upon opening the cube after transport the items inside were all in good condition, so the cube was evidently kept in an upright position and handled carefully. The cube was then picked up on schedule. I was very satisfied with U-Pack's service and would use them again.

My $2000 TV, which is only 2 years old is going to be covered, by 2 men and a truck, for coincidentally, a $75.00 reimbursement. I can't even replace the screen on my phone for $75.00. Next time I'll use a different reputable mover and I'll get the insurance! Even when the job turned out to be far bigger than anticipated, they didn't complain for a second; they just gave even more. They were kind, respectful, and considerate of my child, my home, and my personal space. I cannot thank them enough for helping me through a difficult hardship and into a safer environment. I know their employer didn't pay them fairly for the true scope of the work, so I gave what I could to let them know that I noticed, I cared, and their hard work didn't go unseen. There is a real lesson to be learned here: if we all chose to give just a little more and put the people around us first, rather than taking everything for ourselves, this world would be a much kinder, more inclusive place. We would all feel a little safer knowing our brothers and sisters truly have our backs.

When packing kitchen, they actually put a bag of garbage, with newly emptied beer bottle, so i know they did it purposely, in with food items, and this is just the tip of the iceburg. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. A wreath made out of vintage jewelry is broken into four pieces. It's a one of a kind, irreplaceable piece of art. The guys were friendly and polite, but left a huge mess after loading up our furniture. Used tape rolls and empty water bottles were left all over my house. They used napkins to mop sweat and threw them in the yard. I have no idea what they did to get grime on my mattress. That's disgusting! Then, we get to the new place. All my boxes were marked with the room they needed to to, but they were all deposited in the dining room. The only piece of furniture they reassembled was the bed. They didn't even unwrap the rest! I'm glad to be in my new house and appreciate the help. However, I would never use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them. I've used other companies in the past that were much more professional.

Had a move set up Saturday September 26th 2026 . They are one of the worst companies I have ever…read moreworked with. I booked 3 weeks in advance and got a quote and agreed. Then got a call again to a few day later and they gave a higher price. We got a call first thing Saturday morning saying we would be the second move of the day.It would be around 1pm. I called at 1pm to get a eta and was told 2pm . At 2:30pm got a call saying they would not be able to make it that day. I wanted to talk with a supervisor and they would not transfer me to one They can make Sunday afternoon . I told them People we doing a final walkthrough before closing Sunday afternoon and there was nothing they could to help me. I had to rent a U haul truck and do it myself. Do not ever use this company as they will which prices and they have Joke for a damage liability unless you pay them a extra $200. They can not be trusted . Do not believe there reviews on their site or on BBB. Look at Facebook Page- all my sons moving is terrible . All my sons moving and storage poor business practices.
