When I walked through to look at the units in person I was mistaken with how small each unit was and actually paid for one that was too small. Thankfully, Pablo with Life Storage was more than willing to help me. He upgraded me to a bigger unit for no extra cost! He even frequently walked through the temperature-controlled units to ask if anyone needs help/clean and do maintenance. This is definitely a surprise gem of a storage facility. I have been to plenty that were not nearly as nice as this place. Clean, actually reasonably temperature controlled, with very friendly staff.
