I'm hoping things don't change on the price I was given and that my car gets here the day that it was promised. They're picking my car up on a Thursday (tomorrow) and agreed to drop it off before I have to go to work on Monday. I'll be back with an update on what took place and if they completed their end of the bargain with no hiccups. I was told that they could not find a driver. And let me say that all of them have fake names. I couldn't get a real name out of anyone, generic Mike's or Kevin's. After a week of not being able to find a driver to transport my vehicle, then I am told that there was a driver secured, but they backed out due to inflated gas prices and the price I was quoted was not sufficient the driver. A couple days later I canceled and asked for a refund, which I have not received yet. I then booked service with a more reliable company.....the company that sent me the attached email. U.S. Car Go Freight was still running my vehicle on the national board, as if they were in competition with the other companies and this was making it difficult for the current transportation company to find a driver for me. I spoke with a "manager" of US Car Go Freight and explained that there was a much easier way to go about this customer service mishap....communication is the key!!!!! Explain to the customer exactly what happened and go from there. If you lie you lose a customer, so what does telling the truth hurt???? The customer is more likely to negotiate water terms with you if you keep it 100!!

I filled out the "Get a Free Quote" form on CarShippingCarriers.com, under the impression this ONE company would contact me. I tried to not input my phone number, and it wouldn't let me. So I entered it. Within literally seconds of clicking submit, I had numerous calls and emails for several OTHER companies. This is beyond irritating. 15 minutes later and I have 11 calls, 6 voicemails, and 10 emails from several different car shipping companies - some have already called me multiple times. Had I know Car Shipping Carries was just going to spit out my information to a ton of different companies, I wouldn't have filled out this form. Who wants to be bombarded by that many forms of communication? I tried to post this review on transportreviews.com but the company removed it because I'm not a 'true customer.' I don't know how a company that only disperses your number out to tons of other companies to contact you gets 'true customers.' And, since posting my original review, I have received 4 more emails, 5 more calls, and 4 more voicemails. I wish I could make this stop.
