I don't know much about car repairs, but I felt like I could trust this place because, first, these guys don't try to hide anything. The mechanic met me outside before I even got to the door, asked what was going on, and started taking my car apart while I was still standing there watching. They don't have much of a waiting room, but it doesn't matter. He found the problem (idler) pretty quickly, showed it to me, and explained it. A timing belt is not an inexpensive thing, but he even tried to save me money by sending me to get it replaced under warranty. (it had been done within the year, but in another state,) The work was done the next day. He saved the parts to show me - again very helpful and transparent. And they stand behind their work with a full warranty on parts and labor! Everyone I saw there was helpful, polite and professional. I will definitely take my car here again and recommend this place to my friends.

I ended up going down there and after talking about specific needs for my car, he not only straight up told me to pick a different one than I had originally looked at, but told me several that were a better choice for me. I found one that I loved and really wanted even though it was a little out of my range. He not only truthfully answered my questions and helped me look at the right cars, but he also gave me the one I wanted even though he had to work with me on the down payment and everything. I LOVE the car and even more than that I LOVE One Stop Auto, especially Frank because he's so sweet and helpful and just all around a nice guy! A couple days later I had a light in the car come on so I called him and he immediately told me to come over. I did and on my lunch break at work he fixed it for me!! LOVE this place!!! Thank you soooo much Frank! Side note - Office staff was super friendly and amazing too. The office manager is so funny and fun to talk to she's so nice! She was training someone new when I was there and even though she was super busy with that and a mountain of paperwork she never made me feel like I was bothering her and just kept on working while she chatted with me when I was waiting on paperwork. I gave him a Chance to fix the car even offered to pay half of what he was charging me almost 1k when everyone else wanted 700. very very bad attitude takes no blame whatsoever for he's work. the car only has done 1,400 miles since the transmission work and 6 months as this is a vacation vehicle. when I tried to pick up my vehicle it wouldn't start, they had killed my battery idk doing what. Had to wait a day for him to restart my vehicle. fyi also took forever when he first worked on the transmission. Almost a month.
