It looks great! Water beads beautifully. Delighted with his work. The real kudos should go to his assistant, whose eye for detail was just what was needed! Frankly, this little one I'm sure is the boss of the operation. Great service. Will be calling again!

He lied and said he was there. He wasn't. A lady was there with her dog in an unmarked white van - not one like the black vans in the pictures. The truck was worse than before it started when she was finished. Took her over 4 hours and then she said "leave the doors open for a few hours so the carpet can dry." I used this company several times, but this was enough to never use them or refer them again. When I talked to Robert he agreed to give me a refund - then two days later he says he will refund me $298 of the $715 that was charged. Use your own judgment - would you pay $500 for your car to look like this?

Robert and the Platinum Mobile Detail Team has been doing our cars bi-weekly for over a year now…read more The service is great, and they are very respectable towards our cars, as well as their customers. It is quite affordable, they get the job done quickly, and well. I typically buy packages of 12 washes at a time so that I can get a free wax, or detail, whichever they offer that. I highly recommend as it is always pleasant to deal with them, and not many people care the way they do.

That would be a good price, but problem is they didn't actually wash it in the traditional way. There was dirt on the bed cover and grill, and basically smeared around on other parts of the truck. I expected the truck would be fully washed with soap and rinsed with water prior to waxing, but it wasn't. Maybe it's the nature of mobile detailing to not use much water, but I made a hose and faucet available to them. Had I known I would have run it through a car wash first, and this method would have worked. The paint was shiny when they finished, but I could still see dirt on parts of the truck. I hate to leave a poor review and I want this young business owner to be successful, but this is my honest opinion of the service I received, so for me I'll choose another method next time.
