I said they were showing me that they were dishonset by that comment and I would not be signing their rental agreement. Now they have sent me a move out notice but say I owe another month of rent. Again, no lease signed and I didn't move in. Run from this bunch and rent from someone with an honest person on site.

This prompted my review today. I have experienced every type of fraud, corruption and greed from All Purpose Storage. I went from renting a storage unit with a local small business, fair pricing, good support etc. to an overnight change after buyout. Change is understandable but not this type of change! Local Storage Owners realize that tenants are still customers. Rules are in place and tenants must follow the rules. All is transparent. My experience with All Purpose Storage feels nothing like a consumer experience and more like an extortion racket. No transparency exists. Problems: Security, misuse of credit card information, opt-out insurance scam, grey area mindset (push the legal limits), price gouging, Astroturfing and gaslighting (charitable giving and local or community care). Extreme caution is necessary if you use this company. This means be forewarned that they care only about maximizing profit and will do everything "grifters" and unethical businesses do to make a buck. IF YOU UNDERSTAND THIS....and no other Storage facility exists....then use them at your own risk! Mitigation is possible but it is exhausting! The "Opt-Out" Insurance scam uses a loose but flawed theory of legality that must be challenged at the State Insurance Board level. The structure they use is illegal in many States as All Purpose Storage is not a licensed broker. These guys are affiliated with and partner with a Las Vegas venture capital firm, Patriot Holdings. Call your State Insurance Commission or Board of Licensing. Report to your State Attorney Generals Office These guys ooze American Greed and slime. Because so few people leave reviews on businesses here in New Hampshire, I felt that I was taking a chance on these movers. Well, I'm happy to report that these guys delivered the goods, no pun intended. The owner and two other men arrived precisely on time. They were careful with the furniture and patient with me, as I changed my mind about which large cupboards went upstairs or down. I like having the owner of the business participate in the move, because they make sure that the work is performed correctly. Additionally, they were reasonably priced and I have NO complaints. What more could I ask for? I also learned that they do yard work, including mulching and bagging leaves. So keep this business in mind and you'll be pleased.

What horrific customer service they have at this Uhaul!…read more Earlier this week I used Uhaul's online rental service to book a truck and car dolly. I requested a pick-up in Brattleboro VT but got stuck picking up our rental at this Keene location. The experience started off rocky when the first message I got from the team here was telling me that I would have to pick the truck up at this location and there wasn't anything else I could do about moving the pick-up closer to my original request. He also told me what time I needed to pick it up, and then was frustrated that I wanted to pick up later in the day. When I arrived at the location, the truck was waiting for me which was nice, but Jeff the manager was the worst employee I have ever worked with at a Uhaul. He didn't greet me, seemed frustrated that he had to put together the contract, and since I had a gift certificate from a previous rental, he seemed pissed he had to enter it. At the end I left feeling frustrated, but the biggest frustration was the fact he didn't offer to help me load my car on the dolly. Thankfully I have done it before but if I hadn't had previous experience then I could have messed up and let my car be incorrectly loaded. Moral of the story, Uhaul, get your act together and look at the other 6 reviews for this store that all share a similar thread. The manager here is terrible.
