I booked a move with them and put a deposit down. They confirmed with me that they absolutely had…read morethe availability. They said they would call me 3-4 days before the move to go over details with me, that never happened. I finally called them a few days before the move, where someone immediately and very rudely told me that they couldn't move me. They said they were booked up, and didn't have the men. Another guy then tried to tell me that it was an "IT issue" with their central office, not their fault so they couldn't do anything. Through trying to complain about this issue, I was connected back to them and spoke to somebody else. This time his excuse was that a "truck broke down" after I scheduled my move. I do not believe a single one of their ever-shifting excuses. Sure, they're giving me my deposit back and "taking responsibility", but none of that helps me when I have to be out of my place in less than a week. He just kept insisting that someone else can do it (and would not listen when I told him that I did the legwork already and that wasn't true). Do not book with this awful, scam of a company. They will cancel your move and completely screw you over and do nothing to make it right outside of the barest possible minimum.

The gentleman at prime storage was very helpful, showed us the only remaining spot which worked and then put it under our housesitter's name but allowed us to pay for it with our credit card. The house sitters were able to get their motorhome out as needed, so it worked well for all of us.

The helpful folks at PostalAnnex took the time to separately copy, so that the highlighted pages were color-copied for legibility. They also took the order, and my phone number, and called us when the order was ready. The price for the copies was very reasonable, as well. I highly recommend Postal Annex, and would definitely use them again.
