CAUTION!!!! Stored the toy hauler for the winter, went to pick it up beginning of May only to find it was no longer there. Had to file a police report, insurance claims. ect. following month they pulled another payment!!! ENOUGHT is enough!! In don't know why we are not refunded for all of the months that we stored it here, as the purpose was for you to keep my shizzz safe.. that was not done. The $2000 extra insurance to cover the $1000 deductible and what was in it doesn't even come close to covering what was in it. You still keep your money while i've lost it all!!! I have been a customer that has been for a couple years and every couple months they slowly up my rate and then I have to call in and then they lower it. But at the end of the day it still ends up higher this is starting to get ridiculous Extra space should take better care of there customers that are loyal and stop raising the monthly rate. read more

- DO NOT STORE HERE - Please do not make the same mistake my fiancé and I did. We selected this location for two reasons: (1) it was conveniently located and (2) it seemed secure. Sadly, things are not always as they seem. Just over a year ago, our unit was broken into. Over $10,000 worth of memories and precious belongings gone just like that. Why? In my opinion, it was due to a total lack of security. Specifically, this location has a "security" gate that stays open long enough after paying customers enter/exit the premises to allow anyone who desires to follow behind. Said differently, the aforementioned gate is meant to deter would-be thiefs; however, it presents little deterrence, if any at all, to anyone of average intelligence. Once inside the gate, anyone can breach the building at their leisure, as entry does not require a key card/access code. Once inside, there are only a handful of security cameras, which makes navigating the building much easier/less risky if you are up to no good. To make matters worse, some points of entry are not monitored by cameras at all. When we reported the break-in to management, they responded by saying, "I hope you have insurance." No apology. No offer to review or let us review the security footage. No promise to improve the security situation. Nothing. read more

I know it's not often you need Extra storage, but if you find yourself in need, Extra Space Storage is great. Pricing is comparable to other storage sites, but it offers climate control. We had to store musical instruments as well as a record collection, so climate control was a must. Units are super clean, well lighted. Only bummer -the doors to load in have magnets to stay propped open and they never work. The facility also provides 4-wheeled carts to transport items but on busier days, other customers will hoard all the carts and then you have to wait to move your things.
