Some days the employees are friendly and helpful, but more often than not, I feel like I'm walking on eggshells. Today was by far the worst experience I've had. I walked in with returns while an employee--either Kirsten or Kristen--was vacuuming. From the moment she approached me, her attitude was hostile. No greeting, no professionalism--just a sharp "How can I help you?" in the most irritated tone, as if helping a customer was a burden. I'm sorry, but if stopping vacuuming to help a customer is such an inconvenience, maybe this isn't the right job. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing role. If I had another option in town, I would take it in a heartbeat. This location seriously needs to work on customer service training. Unfortunately, they have an ongoing serious problem with beggars. When I arrived I saw the man loitering directly in front of their store, asking a lady for money but she declined. I kindly said "Hello" to him because he is a human being. But after I went inside the store, I needed to go outside to get a black pen in my car to sign the document. As I was walking to my car, evidently the man thought I was leaving without giving him any money, so he became slightly aggressive, saying: "What's wrong?" I didn't know what he was talking about. I asked him what he wanted and he said "You didn't say anything to me." I kindly told him that I didn't have anything to say. Then he asked me for some money. I feel unsafe coming to their business. He used to loiter outside the Chinese restaurant a couple doors down, but they chased him away. Now he loiters at the USP Store instead. I install it on my washer. It worked good for two cycles, then stopped working, to verify this issue. I put the old part back on. It started working, but still with the issue. About supplying hot water we then file a return claim were told to go to Rent-A-Center to return the item. I go to rent -a-center and was told they were out of supplies with Amazon so then I have to go to Gulf Shores the only UPS store in the area. I tried to return it there and was told I need a new QR code for them to accept it. I called the wife. she tried to get a new QR code. She tried ended up having to call customer service with Amazon. Once that was done, I was halfway home. She called me and told me that she now had the proper QR code to ship it through the UPS store. I went back and processed the return after 30 miles watching other people say they'll never deal with Amazon again cause they had the same issue.

I've been able to ship out clothing items as well as baked goods. I've used this places about 5-6 times and the items always get there within the expected delivery date!! Very clean store and they have everything you need to ship out the items (boxes, tape, pens, filler, etc). They also print out the shipping labels for you which is great when you don't have a printer!!
