They sold my Uniforms, a cherished box with my awards and medals awarded to me in two Wars, they sold the folded flag presented to me at my granddaddy's funeral, as per his will. Granddaddy was a turret gunner in a bomber. There are antique fishing lures and military documents about and pertaining to my device and an antique leather covered ottoman. Public Storage does not care about the renters. They are based in California. Need I say more.

This location is awkward whenever it is raining. You have to exit your vehicle in order to enter codes to open gate to get out. It seems that if you used a code to get in an exit code would be unnecessary. Very user unfriendly. Office is rarely staffed.Even when appointments are made in advance employees obligations at other sites keep them from being punctual. Very poorly managed for the prices charged IMO. The only positive I can give is that when someone actually calls you back from leaving a voicemail they are polite and try to help with your situation. This is only a reflection of that employee. The public storage operating procedures are ridiculous. I was charged a $57.00 late fee for a system glitches that somehow cancelled my autopay. When I insisted on being refunded, they chose to apply the refund to the next month's rent in essence using my $57.00 for the month erroneously billed.

We needed a close location to store our belongings while we were moving between homes and this Extra Space Storage had just opened last summer. The prices were good at first, but have since increased several times. The cost of insurance has increased twice as well. I understand that it is part of the business model to try and lock customers in for longer periods of time, but it began to get too difficult to remain a customer. The staff was great when we interacted with them, and the facility was great. We rented three separate units over the past year, and they were all good -- delivered clean, the A/C worked well in each building, and there were always carts available when we needed to move things. This is not a 24/7 accessible unit which was one downside, but there was only one occasion when we wanted to access it outside of the available hours. The gate has a keypad or digital (via the app) access when the gate it closed, which we never had any issues accessing. Overall, it has been a great experience to rent units from this location and if we ever needed to a storage facility again, we would return.
