The location is directly located next to the entrance/exit, of which they have security cameras directly observing. The trailer was parked between approx. 637pm-7:10pm; on Saturday, Aug 19, 2023. Noticed it missing at approx. 930p on Monday, Aug 21, 2023. Upon my arrival at EXACTLY 8:30am on Tuesday, Aug 22nd, I informed management of the missing trailer, of which there was ABSOLUTELY no empathy, or sense of urgency to assist with the location of the trailer. At which time I called law enforcement to assist. Upon their arrival, I discussed my concerns with the rather "secrecy" and avoidance in assisting, as the manager turned off the monitor, so I was unable to view. When the police officer conducted his initial questions regarding the when/where/why/hows - he was met with the same nonchalant approach as I. He inquired of the usage of the entry codes; of which the manager did not provide any documentation, yet told the officer he didn't see any abnormal entries - but then commence to share the scenario of it being a rather busy weekend and kids moving in/out and it's hard to manage. When the police officer inquired about his video recording system, he was told that he would not assist in any capacity without a warrant. ABSOLUTELY NO COOPERATION!!! I'm not sure if the lack of support indicated this was a theft conducted by the management staff or maybe he's aware of this type of pattern. I have notified my insurance company, have been in contact with the investigating detective and most importantly disappointed in the lack of support, empathy or assistance from your staff. This was not at all what I expected when enlisting the service of your facility!

I ca.lled customer service to let them know what found they informed me I needed to call the office so they could take pictures n put a claim in. The office was closed. I have been a customer at your facility for over two years, renting Unit #4 since 2024…read more Unfortunately, my experience with your storage manager has been consistently negative. He is, without question, one of the most incompetent, hostile, and unprofessional individuals I have dealt with in a customer service setting. From the very beginning, his attitude toward us was rude and confrontational, and the situation has only deteriorated over time. It is extremely concerning that this individual remains employed while friendly and courteous employees continue to leave. Based on my experiences and comments I have heard from former staff members, I seriously question whether his behavior has contributed to employee turnover and ongoing customer complaints. The events of Saturday, June 20, 2026, were the final straw. The office hours clearly state that the store is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, yet at 10:00 AM there was no one present. The manager did not arrive until approximately 10:25 AM. Upon arriving, he abruptly told us that we needed to use the U-Haul app to obtain the van key. Unfortunately, the app was not functioning properly, causing further delays. By the time we finally received the key, it was nearly 11:00 AM. The manager either failed or refused to properly verify the vehicle's odometer reading before releasing the van. Because of his negligence, U-Haul is now attempting to charge us for 170 miles that we did not drive. Since Saturday, we have been trying to resolve this obvious error, yet the manager has been completely uncooperative. Considering that we have rented Unit #4 for over two years, it would take only a few minutes to review the facility's access records and determine when we entered and exited the property. Based on the time we spent cleaning out the unit, and assume that similar amount of the needed to clear out the truck, it is physically impossible for us to have driven 170 miles during the short period of we rented this truck. Instead of helping resolve an obvious error, he has simply insisted that the odometer reading is correct and has refused to investigate further. His lack of professionalism, unwillingness to assist customers, and complete disregard for resolving problems are unacceptable. As a long-time customer, I am appalled by the level of service I have received. This experience has permanently damaged my opinion of your company. I will never use this facility again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
