Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Thank you guys for a great experience.

They haphazardly packaged our belongings into our storage units. Two boxes of candles that were wrapped in paper - broken. Probably $200 in candles destroyed. They also stuffed our $500 Yeti cooler with candles after the dropped a box of candles. Thanks for that. An antique mahogany vanity - destroyed. A box of antique depression glass champagne coupes - shattered. I am afraid to go through my antique China collection. I have no doubt at least half is broken which is a huge blow to my business. I continue to find items broken that were properly packed. You would think Ace Venture worked for this joke of a moving company. And they charged us $2000 to move our two bedroom apartment into storage. Only to break so many things. I strongly do not recommend.

The stars of the move was Derek and his team. They were polite, professional, and quick. They made sure every piece of furniture was protected and moved with care. I would recommend All my sons over and over 5 stars isn't enough for Derek and team.

Do not use this company…read more I hired All My Sons Moving specifically because I have a solid marble dining table that's heavy and fragile, and I needed movers I could trust to handle it properly. That trust was completely misplaced. I told the crew lead directly, before they touched the table, that it was fragile and needed careful handling. That message never made it to the second mover, who didn't speak English, so the two guys carrying my table down a flight of stairs weren't even communicating with each other. Predictably, they dropped it right onto concrete and chipped the corner of a table worth around $1,500. The driver stood right there and told me I'd be taken care of. That was a lie. I filed a formal claim with photos and a documented replacement cost of $1,049. Week later, AMS's "resolution" was a check for $133, calculated off some buried $0.60-per-pound liability clause that has nothing to do with what the table is actually worth. I responded in writing rejecting that insult of an offer within their own deadline. That was 3 days ago. Total silence since. This company will happily take your money and make promises on moving day, then hide behind fine print the second they break something expensive. Zero accountability, zero follow-through, and a claims process that's designed to lowball you and hope you give up. If you have anything of real value, do not trust these people to move it. I regret ever calling them for the one item i needed moved.

One guy gently unpacked the boxes while the other 2 guys moved everything into the house. I only stood there and directed the guys to the specific room that things needed to go to. They also helped us move and transfer the old fridge, which did require taking the doors off. They were competitively priced when compared to other movers but Terri was always extremely responsive through the entire process. I would highly recommend them! As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. If you're looking for movers who will show up, get the job done right, and exceed your expectations, ask for Omar, Eswin, and Jose. They were phenomenal, and I would absolutely use them again.
