I bought them 75.00 worth of pizza and plenty of water. Once we arrived at our new home, things drastically changed. They were hot and tired and there "quality " went to s***. Many pieces were broken. Mostly antiques. They backed there truck up to me storage garage and literally threw boxes and furniture inside. I didn't see it until the next day. I have texted and emailed many times and they say it was my fault because it was hot and dark. It was not dark, I have pictures. Yes it was hot. They broke my dining room table and handed my husband the pieces. Antique bed is broken also. All the things they were responsible for. They claim to have insurance and they take care of seniors. Yet they refuse to help me. I am filing a civil case against them. By the way they stole my Blackstone griddle. Its what you get when you hire young boys. Do yourself a favor and a headache, don't hire them. Shame on you Seth. Lies all lies. AFTER RESPONCE. First of all by seeing the pictures, it was not dark. My dogs were outside. You knew in advance how far the trip was, you had the addresses. The truck was stuck yes, but soon as it was unloaded they drove away. But why does this give you the right and lack of caring to damage my belongings? The trucks were outside. WHY did you need AC? I did the best I could, and Seth was well informed of this move. Your both are very inconsiderate and refuse to help.

Review is up I was…read morerecently scammed out of nearly three thousand dollars after entering a contract with SafeShip. I contracted them for a cross-country move because they quoted me an impressively low rate. I was wary that the price was too good to be true, but the sales rep assured me that my deposit would be fully refunded if I experienced any lack of support. After persistent follow-up and repeated reassurances from the sales rep, I decided to give them a chance. Once I paid the deposit and signed the contract, communication completely stopped. I could not reach my sales rep, or anyone else at the company, over the following weeks to answer basic questions, including confirming a date for my move, which was quickly approaching. Despite their failure to return my calls or contact me to confirm logistics, my credit card company was unable to reimburse me because the contract is written to protect their business and does not clearly address communication requirements. After weeks of no response from SafeShip, I was forced to book another moving company, and I am now pursuing recovery of my deposit through small claims court. When I investigated their business after the fact, I found a large number of similar complaints, including reports filed with the BBB. I strongly recommend reviewing customer feedback across platforms before considering SafeShip, as they have a well-documented history of scamming customers.
