We've stored our personal stuff here for over 6 years and it's gone down hill with the management. The man in charge wreaks of marijuana, is unprofessional and I rude. He argued with us over use of the local dumpster and was no help when we found evidence of large rodents crawling through our belongings. This place is not recommended for storage purposes! read more

This place lured me in with a decent price to start $78/m a few months later doubled the price to $131/ m!! The storage made all my belongings moldy, i had to disguard many belongings i had stored there also rode t droppings all over my things. On top of that a few months later price increase AGAIN TO $141/ m ! The male staff member was rude as hell when i complained about the constant increases. I moved out , with damaged goods and i would Not recommend this storage place to anybody. Horrible company that charges unreasonable prices at " market value" they say to justify the hikes. read more

Moving out July 4. You doubled my rent to 79 per month after I moved in one month later. I found a climate controlled storage space at Public Storage (1040 Gladstell Conroe tx) for just 9 dollars more per month. I discussed this matter with your bosses boss at the highest level and they agreed that your month to month rate increases could be as high as 100% and may go up again at anytime. You should treat your customers better than this. Releasing this negative energy back onto you I am moving forward. read more

Yoooooo... This was absolutely sad. So, I am a realtor (a DAMN good one too ). My clients drove 1200 miles from NORTH CAROLINA with their moving truck here. 3:30pm appointment. Dude is sitting outside when I pull up at 3pm. Listen! He leaves at 3:20pm for his "lunch" and refuses to give us keys!!! YOU KIDDING US?! Clients had to wait an extra 30 and I believe he only gave us the keys then because my clients called the HQ 800 number and went OFF. True story of today. read more

Might I say, WOW. If you are looking to being treated with respect, this is NOT the place to go. The manager was rude here, beyond anything I've ever been used to. We were told over the phone numerous times that there would be a truck reserved for us all day at the storage unit. We were told that there was no time we needed to be there specifically because the truck would be ours all day. Once we got there, the old, grumpy, rude, balding, manager told us that we were silly for believing that we could show up an hour and a half after they opened and actually expect to get a truck to move with. He told us it was our fault because we didn't return their phone calls and mystery voice nails we NEVER received. We promptly left and took our business to Climate Control Storage on 1097 and thank God! The women there is so sweet. HIGHLY recommend them over the man we had to deal with. DO NOT give your money to these people. SO rude. read more

I had 2 different climate controlled storages with them for 4 years. the last unit I was in had a problem with the insulation on the ceiling coming down and they came out to fix it twice. Then I can in and all my stuff was covered in mold!! I was not happy I have a lot of my deceased mothers stuff in the storage. I talked to the assistant manager and he said they would take care of it. They took pictures and said to make a claim with the insurance that I have through them. I did that and they said it doesn't cover mold! There was mold all over the ceiling of the unit as well. I was going to be moving out of the storage but since everything was covered in mold I couldn't just take it all out. I asked if they could give me a month for free or something since I have to go through it all and see if anything can be saved but they never would respond! They just kept giving me the run around! I spend a lot of money to have things despised of that were not salvageable and thousands of dollars in damaged stuff as well as an extra 2 months of rent. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE if you want your stuff to come out the way you put it in! There insurance is a joke and don't pay extra for the climate control! read more

I fully agree with the previous reviewer. Extremely rude staff and no flexibility with their 'policies'. I received an email stating that I had a new bill available. The email clearly stated that the amount due was $0.00. After another three weeks, I received a rude phone call saying that I was a couple days away from being locked out of my storage unit. I offered to pay what was owed if they agreed to waive the late fee since I had received an email stating I didn't owe anything prior. The manager could have apologized and said that the policy was not to make adjustments for a situation like that. Instead, he chose to make it personal and belittle me for not making the payment on time. I can deal with companies that have policies I disagree with. What I refuse to deal with is, employees of those companies that treat customers who have a disagreement with them with rudeness and disrespect. Moving my business elsewhere! read more
