OMG to say that this place is awesome doesn't seem like enough. The front desk manager Mary was amazing it was time for her to go home, but I got the wrong size unit ( my fault) she stayed and made sure that I got the right size. I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean, well managed, & organized this storage facility is. It was my first experience with using a storage facility and I was dreading having to put my belongings in storage. Their manager, Mary, does an excellent job keeping the place in tip top condition as well as being very knowledgeable and informative for newbies such as myself. I was concerned about feeling safe going there alone but due to the security and constant presence of the management, I no longer have concerns about that. The restrooms are secure and very clean. I received a fabulous rate via the online offers. I'm very thankful to have this available. The app makes it very easy to access & maintain the account. It has been a true relief. read more

They were quick and easy to get access to the unit. Unfortunately the unit smells like cigarettes like someone actively smokes inside the temperature controlled section of the unit. I needed something ASAP and climate controlled but now I have to worry that every thing I am storing will be ruined by the smell of smoke. If you need something fast a quick though they are very good about getting that done hassel free. We shall see how my stuff fairs being in the unit for a month. I threw a bunch of baking soda balls, oder absorbing stuff, and a carbon bag thing to hopefully prevent my items from absorbing any smells. Wish me luck! read more

I reserved my first unit online and the representative suggested the wrong size. I had to pay $500 extra to movers to hold my stuff until the following business day to reserve a larger unit. The front office did not refund me my first months rent on unit I only had for 24 hours. read more

If I could give this place NO STAR I SOOOO would!!! I'm gonna save all yall some time and tell you not to EVER come here!!!! I started with this place with a 10x10 unit for 80 something a month. That was great and all but 3 months later it went up to $100 a month. So I called up there and asked what was going on? They said it was due to the economy??? Are you serious?? So i said fine and I went on with my day. 6 MONTHS LATER!!! ANOTHER $20 INCREASE!!! Long story short I started with this unit at $80. Im now paying $140 in as little as a year and some change. God know how much higher they will go. SO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! GO FIND ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE OR THIS BS COMPANY!! read more

I hate to say it, but I feel as though I have been duped. I am absolutely sick about losing my most valuable items that I wanted to store. Dropped off my first truck load with power tools, electronics and sporting goods. I came back in less than two hours and someone had already cut the lock and taken my things in daylight hours. When renting to me during inspection they pointed out that the latch had some damage. Obviously they knew the relevance of this. Be advised: The insurance that is REQUIRED does not cover the theft unless there is a missing door or a hole in the wall! Inconceivable!! If the storage unit has pre-existing damage on the latch it automatically voids a claim. If the lock is cut and missing it's not a theft according to terms of insurance. Cameras are only pointing down at the gates, nowhere else. Lastly, if they ask you what you are storing tell them its none of their business. read more

Had my stuff In there for literally 4 days. When I got it everything I owned was infested with apartment roaches! Thousands of the little demons in everything. The Insurance they make you pay for won't cover any of it. I then tries to contact the general manager to just try to get reimbursed the $50 bucks or so I have spent so far in pest control and have been completely blown off. The property manager told me that it should be expected. 4 days In there and now my vehicles are infested and my new home is infested. All in my kids stuff. Literally everything! Completely blown off by upper management and told to deal with it from property management... Spend the extra 20 bucks on a nicer facility. Apartment roaches are not worth it read more

No level of management in the surrounding Houston area is willing to take responsibility for the theft of over $5000 in our equipment loss that took place under THEIR lock and key. Their insurance we are forced to take will not take responsibility because their is not sign of "forcible entry". Why force your way in when your entire current and past staff has a master key? If you value your items you want to store, take the warning... go elsewhere! read more

I reserved a unit online and it was supposed to be $1 for the first month. When I arrived the lady who we had scheduled to meet with let us know they don't do that promotion. She also told me the monthly rent would be over $20 more than online. She went to show us the unit and let us know that she had to switch the unit because the other one was closed for repairs. She showed us a unit with numerous holes taped up in the ceiling. We went back to the office and she said they would honor the $1 rent for the first month as long as it transferred from the original unit they assigned me to the new one. She also advised the monthly fee would be what I had been advised online. She went on to tell us we had to buy a cylinder lock and needed to buy a moisture container... all of which is only sold there of course. When she went to complete the reservation it would not honor what we were told online. We walked out and found another storage unit that was climate controlled for half of what they were charging and much much nicer. We picked this location for convenience but don't waste your time. read more

My storage building was broken into from the inside and over $4000 of my equipment was stolen. The insurance they force you to purchase denied my claim because my lock was not cut off. The walls are not secure and over 4' opened at the top. Same insurance scam in the past out in California. Hard to feel secure with security gates when the theft is happening from the inside. read more
