He finally reached out to my parents today and has said he would not be making it right after all. He said that because 3 days had passed he felt we didn't report it in a timely fashion. This was a new build home and my parents are elderly so we had to find a company to hang the television which was when the damage was discovered. I was kind enough to not mention the grease stains all over the brand new carpet which came from the moving truck leaking on the new concrete and the movers walking through it but now-I see no reason to be kind about it. Sir, you should know I was there the entire move and I know exactly what happened, I set up the television being installed and that was the fastest it could be done. No accountability and they will purposely give out a raggedy truck especially if you don't take out the insurance. I've rented trucks before with no issues but this Has been the WORST!
