I tried to encourage them to get back at it several times, but after a few minutes, they just went back to standing around. I wouldn't mind them taking a break, except they charged me for their idle time. What's more, since I had to move a piano, they needed three movers to be present, which increased the hourly cost. Takeaways: don't trust the estimate, expect to be overcharged.

It's not normal to push furniture on a dolly down the stairs. If you read the review, you'd have seen the part where I said I spoke to them. It's illegal to park within 5 feet of any public or private driveway so they were parked illegally. There isn't anything insulting in here, just facts. Make an effort to run a respectable, courteous business and you won't get reviews like this.
