I was there 5 months starting at $50.00 per month, then $85.00 after a couple of months, now $125.00. Ridiculous price, so I gave my proper notice and moved out. Meanwhile they had auto debited my new payment and say, we don't give refunds. So essentially stealing your money. Evidently these practices are the norm with this company from what I see on social media. I strongly advise not dealing with this outfit.

But I've come to expect that in any outside storage facility. I'm really not sure that outdoor storage facility and upstate New York could do a whole lot to avoid those problems. Their website worked for a while and I was able to pay my bill online pretty quick and easy, but at some point something changed And it would always display an error message anytime I tried to pay my monthly bill. Still to this day it does not seem to be fixed and I've tried on both my smartphone and a laptop computer. The phone system bill pay can be a little lengthy and aggravating as it doesn't save your information or anything and you always have to put in your 16-digit card number and The like, but I digress, It's about as typical of an experience as you might expect. Nothing awful, but certainly nothing spectacular. If you have junk that isn't absolutely precious, store it here. Clothing, be sure to double bag it and don't leave it directly on the ground. Prime storage in cohoes, you'll likely have my business at least until I have adequate home storage space.

Luckily I called Mabey's off Crescent road and got Steve on the line. From the moment i starting talking with Steve I felt like I found the place. He is very personable, professional, and he has customer relations down pat! He worked with me with a great attitude and a smile during the entire rental process. Theresa who met me at the front desk arranged for the maintenance staff to meet me at the storage unit. Mike cut the padlock so that I could get into the unit. Theresa provided me with a new padlock and keys which I paid for. The costs were reasonable but even more important was their kindness and customer service. When they said they would help me, they followed through. I needed the assistance and I'm very appreciative.
