The crew was professional, and nice to talk to about how things were going to proceed throughout the day. They carefully moved everything out and back into place at the new house perfectly. They took care of everything and did it quickly. I can't imagine how long it would've took us to do it by ourselves or with friends. I have been trying to get my settlement from this people going on two months, the person whom is…read moresupposed to be taken care of my settlement is very unreliable, she keeps telling me that she will be sending me the form I need to sign for my settlement and never does. Then I call to speak to them and I know they see my number and either keep me waiting in line for over 15 minutes and when I finally get through I get another message that they are not available to call back. I feel they are trying to wear me out so that I desist on the settlement and forget about it. Well this is not only about the money they over charged me for services and products they did not provide but principle. Instead of trying to resolve this matter as soon as possible it seems as though they drag it in the hopes that you (me) stop trying. Well it won't work and if this person does not take care of this matter before the end of this week I will blast her name here on my next review. Done with the abuse.

I'm recently hired them for a move this weekend, confirming them multiple times throughout the…read moremonth before the actual move. When I scheduled it I made it admittedly clear that they can't smoke cigarettes or weed while working with my stuff and they didn't listen. My stuff smelled like weed. Which upset me, I specifically stated I didn't want that around my stuff. When it was scheduled they were supposed to be at my home between 8:30-9:30am. Which they weren't, kept getting pushed back and back. They finally showed up at 6:45pm. The packing went ok up until them bouncing my washer, My dryer and freezer down the stairs. When they got to my new home my stuff reaked with the smell of weed. As they are bring in my family air loom dining room table one of the movers using the wrong bit to put in and most likely strip the screw in the table. They also lost the screws to my stand up freezer so I can't put door back on and lost thousands of dollars of food. Not to mention that my house and my garage smells like weed!! Definitely wouldn't recommend or ever use them again!!

Lost both parts and hardware for a bed that was unable to be assembled upon arrival. When reported to the company was asked to fill out a claim form. So far have only offered $500 for the damage...which is unacceptable. The packing was hastily and carelessly done. When moving in, items were not placed where we asked and most items (mostly heavy) items were thrown into the garage. Very unprofessional and company is not making it right by replacing the damage they caused. I will update review if they replace what was damaged and lost.

When I didn't get the confirmation, I texted him again. this time, he called me back and said everything was on schedule. The day of the move, no movers showed so I texted if they were having trouble finding the apartment. A half hour later, still no movers. I texted again, then called the office, and it sent me to voicemail which was full so I couldn't even leave a message.
