I was concerned because it was a very small family company. Since then I have been 100% satisfied. If there is a problem they are on top of it. For example this Thursday (Thanksgiving weekend), I reported a problem to the general number (a yellow light on the panel). I got a call back from the owner within the hour (a service you don't get often). I couldn't take the call and I decided to wait till Monday as it was not an emergency situation. Can you believe that the owner called me back? This is the kind of service you will get from Victor Security for a fraction of the price from the other companies.

I just need to upgrade the entire system and realize I all that money for service calls when they didn't fix the makes manners worse is that the owner of the company basically screamed at me a few times when I called and was so rude. I found 1 Solution AV after posting a local neighborhood Facebook group to help with installation…read moreof my security doorbell video cameras. The home did not have a wired electric doorbell which was required for my cameras, and Adam (owner of 1 Solution AV) was quick to reach out. I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Adam immediately offered to come over and look at what I would need done and provided a free estimate. His communication / response time was quick and professional. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I reached out the same day to get scheduled. He was again quick to respond and booked me within the same week. He even reached out again to help move my installation to a Sunday morning due to the weather forecast. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and he was professional throughout the entire experience. We had some hiccups with the security system equipment (no fault of his own) and he was quick to assist as I spoke to the security system customer service. I would highly recommend Adam and 1 Solution AV and will absolutely use again for any additional services as we get settled into our new home.

I was trying to use my house Wi-Fi for the TV and other electronics in the garage. I also run a podcast from the garage, so having reliable connection is paramount. Chris came out and gave me several options. I did not want to have to dig up concrete or grass to run conduit in a direct line. Chris figured out a P2P system for me. In the house, my speed is 1GB. Now in the garage my speed is about 982 Mbps. AMAZING. It's not just that. he cleaned up all of my wires, tying them together, and it was like better than before he was here. I am completely impressed and happy with my new service that Chris provided. If you have networking needs, Chris is your guy.

A minor billing issue arose, they said they would get back to me, never did, and then proceeded to harass me. When I finally spoke to their customer service they claimed I owed money but could not tell me why, put me on hold, told me it was for one issue when it was for another, put me on hold again, and 30 minutes later it was finally resolved. Who do I get to bill for my time? Based upon their slow response time when the alarm does go off by mistake on occasion (always caught before the cops show up), I think some of the new personally monitored alarm systems may make more sense.
