If you want a place to stay thats decent then your ok here. Its not the fancy, super detail clean, great smelling place. But it does the job. My more than 1 day stay was fine. This place is pet friendly so it does smell like animals (fur alergy, pee, noise). If you need new towels you need to take your dirty towels to reception desk and trade them for new ones is the only way. Shampoo and hand soap are provided but so so s If you need a blow dryer you need to go to reception desk and pick it up yourself to get one ( its a small not so powerful blowdryer too) the room has an iron BUT its not so great beraly does the job. Yes the place smells like food all the time cause their is kitchens in the rooms people are cooking. Basicaly its ok here. Does the job. Beds were fine. My stay was fine relaxing. Here are some pictures.

This hotel is an absolute dump. The manager is a young kid with a big attitude. Rooms are dirty and mostly nothing works. The carpet is so old and smelly it looks that it's just padding left. This the microwave and refrigerator in a room

Had family coming from out of state for the weekend. They booked two rooms. Neither of them were good, but one was so bad I had them come stay with us instead. No pillowcases, no toilet paper, and only one bed had sheets- but the sheets were covered in pee. Upon bringing this up to the staff, we were blamed for not inspecting the room at check in. They also threatened to not refund the room because the man didn't like the "look" on my 19 year old nieces face. Do not recommend. You're better off sleeping in your car.

Weed smells all throughout hallway

Ghetto stay! Toilet seat not attached properly, holes in shower curtain, mowers outside early in the morning! The smell of weed, dirty stinky weed!

We had a bit of a situation with a neighboring room (breaking rules or guidelines) we are both…read moreasthmatic and instead of confrontation with the neighbors we discreetly went to the office and addressed our concerns, Francis was very attentive to the issue we presented and exceeded with superb customer service. We were moved to another room that was less problematic air quality wise and we ended up staying for the remainder of our three night stay. He made the switch of our room painless and drama free. Thanks again Francis! Keep up the awesome work.

Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Unacceptable Cleanliness and Room Conditions…read more I understand that Motel 6 is a budget motel, and I certainly wasn't expecting luxury accommodations. Limited amenities, such as the lack of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, or a hair dryer, are understandable at this price point. Basic bar soap was provided. However, there is a significant difference between offering budget accommodations and failing to maintain basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Unfortunately, Motel 6 in San Dimas falls well below acceptable standards, even for a budget motel. Cleanliness and Room Conditions Despite being given a freshly cleaned, designated non-smoking room, the conditions were extremely disappointing. - Cockroaches: I encountered several roaches, raising serious concerns about a possible infestation. Even one roach is concerning, let alone multiple. - Bedding: The sheets and comforter had what appeared to be cigarette burn marks, despite being in a non-smoking room. - Smoke Odor: The room noticeably smelled of cigarette smoke, making its non-smoking designation feel meaningless. - Smoking Policy: Signs instruct guests not to smoke within 20 feet of the doors, but based on my observations, these rules were not consistently followed, and there was no apparent enforcement. - Air Conditioning: The AC vent had visible black dust buildup and appeared poorly maintained. - Bathroom: The shower and bathtub had what appeared to be mold or mildew, making the bathroom feel unsanitary. These conditions are unacceptable, especially in a room that had supposedly just been cleaned. Clean bedding, sanitary bathrooms, proper ventilation, and pest-free accommodations should be minimum expectations, regardless of price. Location and Pet-Friendliness On a positive note, the motel is pet-friendly, which is a great advantage for travelers with pets. Its location is also very convenient, with numerous stores and services nearby: - World Market: Right next door, approximately a 5-minute walk. - Target and Petco: Approximately a 10-minute walk. - Walmart: Approximately a 5-minute drive. - Sam's Club: Approximately a 10-minute drive. These are just a few examples of the many businesses nearby. Having shopping, everyday essentials, and pet supplies readily accessible is definitely a plus. Staff and Customer Service The front desk staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Their hospitality deserves recognition, and I genuinely appreciated their willingness to help. My dissatisfaction is with the property's cleanliness, maintenance, and apparent lack of smoking-policy enforcement, not the front desk employees. Overall Experience Unfortunately, the convenient location, pet-friendly accommodations, and excellent staff cannot make up for the serious sanitation and maintenance issues. I don't expect luxurious bedding, premium toiletries, or modern furnishings at a budget motel. However, cockroaches, moldy bathrooms, cigarette-damaged bedding, and smoke odors in non-smoking rooms should never be considered acceptable, regardless of price. There is a fundamental difference between being inexpensive and being unsanitary. My Ratings - Convenience / Location: 5/5 - Pet-Friendly Policy: 5/5 - Cleanliness: 1/5 - Staff Friendliness: 5/5 - Value for Money: 2/5 - Room Maintenance: 1/5 - Comfort: 1/5 - Non-Smoking Policy Compliance: 1/5 Overall Rating: 1/5 stars I sincerely hope management addresses these issues through proper pest control, thorough cleaning, better maintenance, and consistent enforcement of its non-smoking policies. This property has genuine potential thanks to its location, pet-friendly policy, and wonderful staff. Unfortunately, those advantages are overshadowed by unacceptable room conditions. Budget accommodations should mean fewer luxuries, not lower standards of hygiene. Until these issues are addressed, I would have a difficult time recommending this property.

I'll just list my personal pros and cons…read more Pros: good price point, nice location, the vibe is like a Spanish villa with plenty of trees, the lobby area I find to be classic beautiful, rooms are spacious, free breakfast, has a convenience store in the lobby with gifts, food, and toiletries ($5 minimum on card purchases) Cons: This was a big one for me!!!! The free wifi DOES NOT WORK! I was here for 3 nights and could not use it once to stream movies or anything with the internet. Lots of places around the hotel had the yellow DO NOT ENTER Tape that brought down the beauty of this hotel. The breakfast is free but it's only bagels, coffee, cereal, and room temperature juice/milk. Would I stay here again? Maybe... it would depend on my budget though.

Oooof... I usually don't give things lower than three but their customer service saved them…read more AMBIANCE: Parking: Choices from the front or the sides, plenty of options. Feels: You're not too far away from the busy parts of West Covina and not too far from Cal Poly. It feels pretty isolated, when it's with tourist, you can feel safe. HOTEL EXPERIENCE: - Elevator wasn't workout - Layout is spacious! But setup is just a little off desk to tv - Some lights worked - Cleanable stains weren't clean - Wifi didn't have a pw and it didn't really work for me FOOD: - Their steakhouse is closed... - Breakfast is free but very limited CUSTOMER SERVICE: The servers were attentive and friendly. I requested to change rooms and they accommodated. TL; DR OVERALL: 1.5 Stars. As the review rating states, "Could've Been Better". There's some bare minimum but it didn't meet it. This did look like a place that was popping but that's not the case. Hoping progress happens as they continue to be "under renovations" TIPS: * Despite the low quality, yes do not forget to tip the workers.

My review is regarding site number C 32 and the Campground…read more I made reservations months in advance after planning with some friends. Reservations were easy with no problems. I selected my site based on where my other friends had made reservations. I have never camped at this campground, but heard nothing but good things. As I was driving through the Campground, I noticed that some of the RVs parked look like they are permanent residence. I didn't drive the entire campground, but the area I drove through to get to my site was a very clean a lot of trees and very green grass. I arrived at my site C 32 (back in parking) from what I could see from my car, a picnic table under a large tree was available at my site. The Bluff side does not provide fire pits. On the Bluff there is dry brush so I could understand why no fire pits on the Bluff. Luckily, my friends had the inner sites across from the Bluff, which provided fire pits. I started my hook ups and noticed a smell, it didn't smell like manure, but like dogs business. I noticed a metal trash can on the corner of my site so I opened it to see if it was coming from there, but it wasn't. It seemed like it was coming from the bluff at my site. It was very windy so I constantly could smell this. The good thing is I hung out at my friends sites and couldn't smell the same thing there. I noticed there was a lot of coyotes sounds at night and actually someone walking on the street so I don't know if it's the coyotes business in the bushes. Anyhow, that was just the only issue. My trailer is a Teardrop. So I took showers that was located close by. No coins or tokens needed. There are two shower stalls with a bench located just outside the showers. The shower stall that I used which was the first one as you walk in provided one hook that had two prongs. There are four toilet stalls, one being handicap accessible. The bathrooms were free of spiderwebs and very clean. It is well lit around the bathroom at night. From my site C 32 I had view of the lake but C 35 on up what is centered of the view of the lake. I found this to be the perfect spots. We camped here, September20th till the 24th. We still had summer weather with a couple of hot days, but in this area, it was constant breeze, which helped if you were not directly in the sun. I have to mention that at check-in the staff were friendly and helpful. I also have to agree with one of the other Yelper's that reviewed the prices are high but all of the other campgrounds I have visited are the same so I will not dock stars because of that reason. Everything nowadays is expensive. I noticed that they have Bonelli staff patrol during the day and night. On the day of my checkout, as I was leaving, I heard a voice and turned to see a gal at the kiosk saying thanks for staying with us and hope you visit again. I thought that was a nice way to send off a customer. That would be one of the reasons that would bring me back. I would definitely come back but probably pick a different site like C 36 or 35. Thank you

Be cautious when booking with Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort. I had a very concerning experience…read moreinvolving refunds for three canceled reservations. I canceled three reservations but never received the refunds. I was told the money had been refunded to the "card on file," but the card they identified was not mine and was not the card I used for the original transactions. I contacted management for assistance, but they refused to resolve the issue and told me that this is simply how their system works. I still do not understand why a refund would be issued to a card other than the one used for the original purchase. Be careful. I am now pursuing the matter through formal legal channels.

Six years ago, it was worth it, and the mattress were THE BEST, that's all gone now, no bed bugs,…read moreand they were able to refund my second night, and the son is cool. But I don't speak Korean so I don't think his older mother was happy about my 2nd night cancellation and yelled at him in front of me and people waiting to pay behind me. THE PROB. with this place, it's already over 40 yrs old, the good mattresses are long gone, prob stolen. AND the rest. above across the street has gone just average. Everything worked in our room and the ac is not the old old, but the newer low wall mount that most have... it can't be more than 2-5 yrs old and worked FINE! AND The Prob with this place, as I was saying earlier... is the people/gang/runners in the background running game all night AND IN BROAD DAYLIGHT....crack or low income multiple families in one room, living there. maybe making ends meet. But you are UNWELCOME, and in Their Territory... This was the w/e, but didn't matter... DON'T bring kids or valuables or nice cars NOR out of state rental cars...don't forget the key cash deposit, it is NEWER TECHNOLOGY THOUGH, good choice. you're a TARGET. Watch your back and your vehicle where you parked,...in the light. Its' just NOT SAFE at this time of writ, I believe POMONA PD does not do extra Patrol here. PERIOD. Maybe if I had an extra Million laying around (only worth about 225k-due to crime and rez') Pomona in the past has ALWAYS had it's issues, but now in the dark...it's worse. We got out alive, being watched by all and the RIFF RAFF. I sure hope the Family that own's this is able to SELL and re-invest into another prop elsewhere. Not good for them either. \PLUSES; AM/PM in the adjacent parking lot next door for 24 hr snacks and beverages and to feed the hungry in the motel that LIVE there. Sorry, just the truth of our one evening and day experience...TIME TO CHECK OUT! and run
