I stood here last minute with my boyfriend. I called around asking for pricing and this was one of the best prices around, plus it was in a great area. Free wifi! Price was $72 for their cheapest room. It was a very small but cute "bed and breakfast" type of place. It's a hidden gem if you ask me. There is a lot of construction going on, but it wasn't in our way at all. It's actually just on the east side of the complex. I stood in 123. It's tucked away in the corner, which I wouldn't have minded so much except that our neighbors were a bit loud. It didn't help that the walls were paper thin. There were people that would come up to their door and converse and we heard EVERY word. As for the room itself, like I said it was small BUT it did its job. The only thing I noticed was the rugs were stained. I kept my sandals on so it didn't effect me too much. Otherwise it was a clean room FREE OF SMOKE! I can't tel you how many times places say "smoke free" but it reeks! The lady in front was a lovely white, older lady. Very nice and sweet. The office is actually where she lives. It's attached to her home. I loved that the prices were the same when j got there. Sometimes places tell you one thing and then when you get there, it's different. Not here! She was true to her word. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. It's a nice little hidden gem in Glendora. Best price around and it was a SATURDAY NIGHT!

So much fun here! 20th Century Motor Lodge!

Basic hotel. Everything is ok. Kinda clean and tucked away like a small oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle.

The garbage disposal in my room did not work, which caused the sink to back up and fill with water. There was also no office chair at the desk when I arrived, and I had to wait two days before one was provided. Parking is a major issue. The lot is very small and shared with McDonald's, making parking difficult. The noise was probably my biggest complaint. The walls are extremely thin, and I could hear everything outside and around the hotel. I heard McDonald's deliveries, cars with loud music and exhaust, and construction from the neighboring gas station. If you are a light sleeper or need a quiet place to work, this is definitely something to consider. The pool is also extremely small. If one family is using it, there really isn't much room for anyone else. What concerned me most was the elevator. During my September 2026 stay, the posted elevator inspection showed an expiration date of March 2025. One of the elevators was also out of service. Seeing an inspection date that appeared to be about 18 months expired was concerning. The food options were disappointing as well and seemed to consist mainly of packaged microwave-style food. There were some positives--the room was clean and comfortable--but between the constant noise, very limited parking, maintenance issues, elevator concerns, and disappointing amenities, I would not stay here again.

The hallways have a slight odor and there is a $50 deposit required at check in but front desk waived it

Another thing is the trash outside was full and crowded and never emptied. The outside of the Hotel was full of dogs urine everywhere and dirty! The corridor of the hotel inside was dirty, no vacuuming whatsoever until after a week or so. My dad stayed there for 3 weeks and luckily the inside was pretty decent. It has a little kitchen with stove, microwave, and a fridge. Pretty comfortable looking from the window inside and pretty clean. Bed is comfy with a sofa and a TV, studio vibes. Nothing to complain on the inside, but if you go outside it's OMG scary but it's liveable lol Well, for the price of $70 per night through 3rd party, not much to complain about, so I gave it a 4 rating

Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Unacceptable Cleanliness and Room Conditions…read more I understand that Motel 6 is a budget motel, and I certainly wasn't expecting luxury accommodations. Limited amenities, such as the lack of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, or a hair dryer, are understandable at this price point. Basic bar soap was provided. However, there is a significant difference between offering budget accommodations and failing to maintain basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Unfortunately, Motel 6 in San Dimas falls well below acceptable standards, even for a budget motel. Cleanliness and Room Conditions Despite being given a freshly cleaned, designated non-smoking room, the conditions were extremely disappointing. - Cockroaches: I encountered several roaches, raising serious concerns about a possible infestation. Even one roach is concerning, let alone multiple. - Bedding: The sheets and comforter had what appeared to be cigarette burn marks, despite being in a non-smoking room. - Smoke Odor: The room noticeably smelled of cigarette smoke, making its non-smoking designation feel meaningless. - Smoking Policy: Signs instruct guests not to smoke within 20 feet of the doors, but based on my observations, these rules were not consistently followed, and there was no apparent enforcement. - Air Conditioning: The AC vent had visible black dust buildup and appeared poorly maintained. - Bathroom: The shower and bathtub had what appeared to be mold or mildew, making the bathroom feel unsanitary. These conditions are unacceptable, especially in a room that had supposedly just been cleaned. Clean bedding, sanitary bathrooms, proper ventilation, and pest-free accommodations should be minimum expectations, regardless of price. Location and Pet-Friendliness On a positive note, the motel is pet-friendly, which is a great advantage for travelers with pets. Its location is also very convenient, with numerous stores and services nearby: - World Market: Right next door, approximately a 5-minute walk. - Target and Petco: Approximately a 10-minute walk. - Walmart: Approximately a 5-minute drive. - Sam's Club: Approximately a 10-minute drive. These are just a few examples of the many businesses nearby. Having shopping, everyday essentials, and pet supplies readily accessible is definitely a plus. Staff and Customer Service The front desk staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Their hospitality deserves recognition, and I genuinely appreciated their willingness to help. My dissatisfaction is with the property's cleanliness, maintenance, and apparent lack of smoking-policy enforcement, not the front desk employees. Overall Experience Unfortunately, the convenient location, pet-friendly accommodations, and excellent staff cannot make up for the serious sanitation and maintenance issues. I don't expect luxurious bedding, premium toiletries, or modern furnishings at a budget motel. However, cockroaches, moldy bathrooms, cigarette-damaged bedding, and smoke odors in non-smoking rooms should never be considered acceptable, regardless of price. There is a fundamental difference between being inexpensive and being unsanitary. My Ratings - Convenience / Location: 5/5 - Pet-Friendly Policy: 5/5 - Cleanliness: 1/5 - Staff Friendliness: 5/5 - Value for Money: 2/5 - Room Maintenance: 1/5 - Comfort: 1/5 - Non-Smoking Policy Compliance: 1/5 Overall Rating: 1/5 stars I sincerely hope management addresses these issues through proper pest control, thorough cleaning, better maintenance, and consistent enforcement of its non-smoking policies. This property has genuine potential thanks to its location, pet-friendly policy, and wonderful staff. Unfortunately, those advantages are overshadowed by unacceptable room conditions. Budget accommodations should mean fewer luxuries, not lower standards of hygiene. Until these issues are addressed, I would have a difficult time recommending this property.
