They charge 5 dollars for each nail if you are getting a fill in. I've been coming here for 15 years and have never been charged to fix a nail when I get other services done. Fill in is 45 and a full set is 55 if you have any broken nails they charge for each and everything they do I will find a new place . read more

Came in sat down in a chair, within 10 minutes of sitting down I started getting bit but couldn't figure out what it was until I seen a BED BUG on me. Mind you I've been out today and didn't get bit until the nail salon so I know that's where it came from. They played it off as if it was a tick. Ticks don't just bite without attaching. I'm sure someone left it behind, but that is still DISGUSTING read more

I came here for a pedicure with my mom and their pedicure was 10/10! Service was great, although I did have to wait a little after my appointment time. But the service and space was so nice that I didn't mind. I'll definitely be back for another pedicure! read more

They charge black people more for nail services. Attitude and condescending owners. They thought I was a new client recently. I advised oh what they charged me just 4 weeks prior for my fill in. My hair was different and I wore my mask as usual. A $20 dollar upcharge for same fill in. Hell no,not again.. Ridiculous. Yall can fall for those bogus reviews they posted on Google. read more

Waited 1hr 15 min with no one else waiting and still no one acknowledged me. Terrible customer service.

Had an appointment for 4pm. Still waiting at 4:45. Apparently they booked a bridal party with 10+ people for the same time. Someone here needs to learn how to schedule... don't make an appt. if you don't have the personnel. They could have told my mom no and we would have scheduled a different time. I guess customer service means different things to different people. read more

I won't go anywhere else for my nails AND they do the best lash extensions I've ever had!

I had been nervous about going to this nail salon because of a previous experience with my boyfriend mother. The first red flag was a woman had said, during a previous visit that my hands looked disgusting. went into Exquisite nails with a picture of what I wanted. Everything went fine until the lady started working on my nails... she started filing my nails before she ever asked what shape I wanted(red flag #2). I asked for square with edges rounded. She filed some of my nails fine except my thumb and both of my middle fingers. The middle finger looked like a really short coffin and my thumb was filed to far in on one side and the top is angled, not straight. I proceeded to tell her that my thumb was not right and filed in too much then showed her where it was not what I had asked for. To fix it she proceeded to file the side in even more. Every time she would file those fingers on the side it hurt to the touch. My nails hurt the rest of the day. This experience makes me want to go elsewhere for my money. read more

The worst nail salon in the entire city on top of having the worst customer service there is if you are any type of black race they treat you like you don't have money to spend I went in there the other night already pissed off because I couldn't go to my regular nail people so I already didn't want to go there the guy messed my nail up I asked him to fix One nail and he refused all my services after I'm about to spend $70 he refused my services go to Lucy's or k nails if you're in Burlington I would never go to exquisite nails a day of my life again on top of that had the nerve to tell me he couldn't do my nails they don't do long nails either as if because my nails are long I'm ghetto. I've been coming here since I moved here, and Salena is the absolute best for a pedicure!! I'm very picky and never once had to tell her to do anything. Great place, highly recommended!! Also I was a licensed nail Technician so sanitation and quality is the most important and they are very sanitized !! read more

Bad customer service up front. They don't speak to you when you come in and they don't keep very good track of who wants what. Once you get to someone they're nice and individually I think they do a good job but they do things weirdly. One instance of this is soaking my nails in cold water and then (sometimes) using olive oil instead of cuticle oil for a cuticle clean up. One major thing that brought me to write this review is their sanitation. One things I say was that they use products that are in plastic jars but don't use a spatula to get them out. They use their fingers, apply the products and use their fingers that have been touching my skin to go back into the jars to get more and do this for all of the products in jars they apply to you. I would suggest other places. read more

Terrible customer service. I literally sat the whole time my friend got a whole entire pedicure before they even offered to start soaking my nails for a gel polish change and mean while serviced 2 waxing services while I continued to wait. read more

The customer service is great, but I am very disappointed with the quality of the products. I got a full set of acrylics not even a week ago and two of them have already popped off on their own. I have done nothing to cause this and I'm sure it is because of the stinginess of nail glue. This happens to me every time and I am appalled as to how they have not improved this issue. Pro nails will be seeing me from now on, and that is a shitty ass place, so you get the point. At least my nails will stay on! read more
