Two other companies I'd called previously didn't bother to call back. Next, when William Hill came to our house for an estimate, he was on time and very knowledgeable as we discussed our trees. He advised that it would be about a month before he'd be able to do the work because they were busy. I appreciate him setting expectations and a realistic timeline. A month later, they showed up and had the work done in about 3 hours. We had every tree trimmed, hardwoods and palms, plus some bottle brush. The trees look great and they cleaned up and hauled away the debris. Nothing to tell they were here except beautifully trimmed trees. I highly recommend this company for tree trimming.

The yard was immaculate afterward as well - not one branch left on the ground. Everyone on the block has since asked for his contact information. Plus, I got to rack up extra steps by going back and forth. We were able to pick up roughly half a dozen house plants and a couple bougainvillea plants. Yes, I had to Google the spelling. And the new additions to our household has really livened things up a bit, and added some color to our landscape. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. They were able to guide us through the nursery, and offered suggestions based on our needs. Will definitely be back.

They were reasonably priced and responsive to our requests. The polite crew showed up on time, answered questions, and cleaned up our lot so tenants could return very quickly. At the end of the job I came out and noticed a limb from a tree on the other side of the lot intersected with the oak. This tree was not part of the job but they cleared that limb out quickly with no additional costs. They will be our "Go To" tree company for future work in Saint Augustine.

Very professional work with a tree between four properties in the city. Respectful of my property, as well those around me. I am still completely satisfied with Michael and Ocean View Landscape Management…read more He is extremely knowledgeable, lawns, shrubs, trees, etc. He can tell you what kind of bug is attacking your lawn etc. and he can take care of it. He is great. Always with a great suggestion, always attends to business, I won't have any one else. I cant imagine having a problem with him or his office help, I never have. I find him besides knowing about everything I have planted, some not so native and answering all my question, and if he dosen't know the answer he will find out, though I have never stumped him. My lawn and shrubs look terrific. I like him what he does and his knowledge.

The first time was a good experience, expensive but we felt good about it. The second time was not a good experience. Will not go into the details but was told about Jack Wrights tree service and we will call no one else. Yes they are slow to get you sometimes as they are extremely busy, but I guarantee you, you will be treated with total respect from the crew, which is more than I can say about Treeco. In total we paid Treeco an enormous about of money, and they did not even clean up the stump grinding mess, Jack Wrights crew finished grinding some of the stumps that Treeco didn't grind deep enough as it was hided from the mess they left. Also Jack Wrights did not charge extra to help me clean up the lack lister Job Treeco did. Now Treeco is owned by someone different so I don't know what they are like now, but no matter, call Jack Wrights as you will pay a fair price for an excellent job.

We were very disappointed with our experience with Bobby Caraway of R.C. Irrigation and Repair…read more Shortly after moving into the area we called in R.C. Irrigation to review our system and make improvement suggestions. Bobby Caraway recommended replacing our 7 front yard Rain Bird mini sprinkler heads with higher flow heads. He quoted a not to exceed price of $510 parts and labor. When we said that that the price seemed high he responded that if the job went smoothly the price would be reduced based on the actual time spent. When he finished the job in an hour we asked for a price reduction. His response was to take $10 off the price. We asked for an itemized bill explaining how this simple job cost so much. He charged $23 each for 9 sprinkler heads replacing 7 mini heads and for some unknown reason 2 full size working heads. For labor he charged $75 an hour for three hours labor. Three hours???? That is how long Bobby said he worked on changing our sprinkler heads. Changing sprinkler heads is not brain surgery. It is only slightly more difficult and time consuming than changing a light bulbs. You unscrew the old head, screw in a new one and if necessary make a few simple adjustments. He arrived at our house at 10:30AM and was finished at 11:30AM. Bobby vehemently claimed that he was at our house for 2.5 hours which he rounded up per policy to 3 hours. In response to our additional complaints about the pricing for the job they reduced their price by an additional $40 bring our total bill to $462 which still was very high for what should have been a $75 labor charge and under $100 for parts. Additional notable comments: 1) In response to our comment that the new heads sell for $9 each on Amazon he said that he didn't care if the heads only cost 10 cents each his price was $23 each. 2) Re ST John's County water usage restrictions he said that if we did not want our grass to die in the summer we should ignore the water usage rules. 3) Finally he said that they might be expensive but they did excellent work. It was not excellent work---they left holes in the lawn where they installed new heads.
