Honestly, I wouldn't even have been upset about it, but the woman's whole demeanor was very off putting and discourteous. I will never come in here again. We waited in line for about 10 minutes to have the owner view our coins and tally up when he would offer to purchase them. (Slightly under melt value.) I asked him about getting the coin sent off to be graded, and he gave me honest advice "You could spend $80 to send it in and they might not grade it at all. This coin has been cleaned and has scratches. I wouldn't send it in." I appreciated his explanation and honesty. If I'd had more time I would have loved to have looked at the cases in the shop, filled with both new and historical goodies. They know what they're doing and they offer fair return on precious metals. It seems cluttered and a bit chaotic at first, but it's a fun kind of busy with lots to look at and knowledgeable people running it. Check it out!
