I selected the "florist choice" bouquet, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was blown away by the size and the quality of the arrangement. My friend LOVED her flowers and said that they are gorgeous and fresh! Drea's Flowers sent me a photo of the arrangement for me to approve prior to delivery, then they texted me when they were on their way to my friend's house. She happened to not be home when they made the delivery, so they texted me a photo of where they set the flowers, and let me know that they had placed them behind a pillar out of street view so someone driving by wouldn't see them and be tempted to take them home with them. I am so thankful with how wonderful my experience was and I would recommend Drea's Flowers to anyone ordering an arrangement for any occasion. 10/10.

I looked at many reviews of many different shops and found several complaints against other shops of what they ordered vs. what was delivered. This made me very nervous. I went through Drea's photos on Yelp and found an arrangement that | liked. I placed the call or Tuesday for delivery on Friday. I spoke with Amber - I hope I'm getting her name right because she was so pleasant and courteous. I described the photo I found. She pulled it up. I described a few small changes I wanted to make and Amber obliged. The total price was very reasonable and well within the amount I wanted to spend, even after adding a small balloon bouquet. The day of delivery, I received a photo of the final product and another photo of the delivery at the dorm door, and another follow up text that it was accepted at the door. This momma's heart was put at ease. My kiddo even send me a photo several days later to say Look how big this lilly is!! Thank you, Drea's Flowers for making this day very special.

Jennifer's professionalism and communication was not there: -She would take longer than two days to get back to us the week of the wedding for urgent questions and claimed that she is "too busy" - but she had enough time to post pictures of the flowers she bought for our wedding, as well as repost Taylor Swift's engagement on Instagram. Lady, you have time -Our first look photos were 2 hours before our church ceremony, and she said that she would not be able to deliver the bouquet and boutonnieres up to Inland Empire. She wanted me to ask our photographer who is local to OC bring the flowers - which is not his job. I ended up picking up the flowers the day before, had followed all instructions that she provided, and the flowers were not in good condition the morning of our wedding day. -I had told her multiple times that my family member would be making boutonnieres for the aunts/uncles which she okay'd. Before the evening reception, she threatened to take all of the flowers away because it was "breaching contract" and that my family was not allowed to make their own boutonnières. After we had showed her screenshots of the email exchange of our agreement, she backed off. -I had created a visual mockup of how we wanted our sweetheart table to look (flower meadow along with a sign of our last names). the day of, she took creative liberty and when told that the sweetheart table was not what I had specified, she said that "this is what the bride had wanted". After physically adjusting the sweetheart table myself during the room reveal, she finally adjusted things similar to the original mockup that i created for her, during cocktail hour. -during my husband and I's room reveal and private vow exchange, she lingered the whole time not to adjust the sweetheart table, but to take photos of us for her social media. it made us extremely uncomfortable and we had to ask staff to have her leave. -she delayed the time that our guests were allowed to enter the reception, because she was taking social media photos and videos for her personal use. -she had promised to have another boutonniere ready for my husband at the reception so that it would look fresh for reception photos - when we had asked her at the reception where the boutonniere was, she said that she "forgot to make one". My husband's best man was kind enough to give him his boutonnière instead. She came back after saying that she will make my husband's bout, but will not be making one for the best man that gave his bout away.
