We booked Master Tam for our wedding reception entertainment. Everyone that interacted with him had great things to say! And yes, he is even more better looking in person =]. Very charming and knows how to work a crowd! Such a delight for our guests, we will be back next time we need a magician! read more

Reading all of the reviews on here really wished I had met Tam earlier than when I did - so that I could have hired him for entertainment at my wedding! Tam definitely knows how to entertain a crowd, and is able to add in his personality and sense of humor to keep a crowd engaged. His tricks are amazing as well; I was definitely trying to figure out how some of them were done. My husband was also in awe of a couple of the tricks and he definitely enjoyed the show. Loved him as a performer, and would highly recommend him as an entertainer! read more

Let me preface that we are magic enthusiasts and Tam was my 4th inquiry which tells you how good he was! I booked him for my husband's birthday on a boat and he fit in so well. He came 45 minutes early, super friendly, scoped out the group and worked his magic :)! He was the hit of the party and most importantly my husband was the biggest fan. He is a talented man and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for your event. He is also very communicative and professional. He is worth it, just book it!!! read more

My husband and I booked Tam Vo for roaming magic during our cocktail hour (135 guests), and it was one of the best decisions we made. He's incredibly talented and completely transformed the atmosphere. After an emotional ceremony, we wanted guests to relax and have fun, and he broke the ice effortlessly!! We could hear people screaming and laughing from across the room, which was exactly the energy we hoped for. One of my favorite interactions was how he got my uncle to repeatedly curse in Vietnamese, then casually said, "Sir, I understand Vietnamese too" LOL. Tam was a huge highlight for us and our guests, and I would love to book him again. Highly recommend :)!! read more

My wife and I hired Tam to do crowd work at our wedding, and he was an absolute hit! Although we didn't get to see his magic firsthand, our guests could not stop talking about how incredible he was. We kept his appearance a surprise, and he effortlessly moved from group to group, completely wowing everyone with his magic. Even our wedding coordinator told us how much he elevated the energy and atmosphere of the entire event. We're beyond happy that we had Tam entertaining our guests during cocktail hour--it truly made the experience unforgettable. We highly recommend him and can't wait to see one of his live performances! read more

I saw him perform at a holiday party in December 2025. I have to say this was hands-down the best performance I have ever seen. I was truly mind blown and could not figure out how the things that we were seeing were real. Not only was his performance excellent, but I found him to be very funny as well. Overall, I highly recommend watching him or hiring him for any event. Thank you again! read more

We had Tam perform for a group of 50 for a nonprofit holiday party and it was amazing! He arrived very early to set everything up and started right on time, and the show was incredible. Our audience, which ranged from 5 years old to all ages of adults, was mind blown and couldn't stop smiling or laughing. I would absolutely recommend him for any kind of party no matter your audience, and I know I certainly look forward to working with him again. Thank you so much Tam for making our event so special! read more

We booked Tam for a 50th birthday lunch and he was amazing! Everyone had such a great time --his tricks were mind-blowing, funny, and really engaging. Guests are still talking about the tricks days later (and still cannot figure out how he did them). If you're looking to make any celebration unforgettable, I cannot recommend Tam enough. read more

Tam is an amazing and engaging magician! He performed a virtual magic show for a fundraiser I helped organize in 2020. Some of the guests who attended still talk about how mind-blowing his performance was. He was also generous with his time and even donated some Magic Castle passes to our silent auction. Our fundraiser wouldn't have been as successful without him! read more

Tam Vo is an incredibly talented magician who is both an absolute professional and hilariously funny. I recently hired Tam as the entertainer for one of my company's office parties. From start to finish, he was a dream to work with. He was highly responsive and communicative, offered pricing that was a great value for the quality of his performance, and was able to roll with the punches and brainstorm a creative solution when the venue's availability impacted his prep time. His skill level was completely unreal. Tam's performance was highly interactive, with the kind of sleight of hand that is so good it makes you question your sanity in the best possible way. I've seen a lot of magic, but several tricks near the end of the show were absolute mind-benders. He was funny, polished, engaging, and brought great energy to the event, which made it really special. He even customized the show to engage our team and a VIP guest. I highly recommend him and would hire him again in a heartbeat. read more

Oh my goodness. Tam was the best. He made us laugh, wowed us with his magic, and I loved his personality. He elevated the evening without a doubt. And I'm still trying to figure out how a dollar bill with my name on it got into his wallet read more

Seeing Tam perform with Lauro at Peller's Theater in the Magic Castle was an absolute treat! Their chemistry was fantastic and I found myself laughing so hard while simultaneously picking my jaw up from the ground from being blown away by the magic right in front of me. Wow, wow, WOW! We first saw Tam perform at my mother-in-law's birthday and he was amazing! We were so impressed, we left with his card in our pocket, and thank goodness we did. When it came time to celebrate my parents' milestone birthdays, we knew exactly what we needed - Tam! Not only is Tam easy to work with, professional, responsive, accommodating, and funny, he is extremely talented! There were nine of us in close quarters so to say he is a master at close-up magic is an understatement. Although it was our second time seeing him perform in 4 months, it was just as magical, if not more so! Everyone's mind was blown, from my 15 year old son to my 85 year old dad! In fact, we are taking friends and running to The Magic Castle to see him perform in a few days. He is just that MAGICAL! read more

He performed at our holiday party a couple weeks ago and completely won over the room. The magic was unbelievably realistic -- not just quick tricks, but moments that made people pause and rethink what they'd just seen. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to add something memorable (and actually impressive) to an event. read more

We hired Tam for my husband's 50th birthday party (~90 people) and we're so glad we did! He was the highlight of the party, and everyone was blown away by his magic (we're all still talking about it days later)!! He pulled up a few party guests to participate in a magic trick and it left us all amazed!! Tam was funny, engaged with the audience, remembered the guests' names, and was so fun to watch. Tam was very professional and quick to respond to my texts and inquiries. He arrived about 60 minutes early to set up and he performed for 45 minutes. His up-close magic was mind blowing and I HIGHLY recommend Tam! He is a master of his craft. read more

We were having a birthday/family celebration (about 20 people) and everyone was blown away by Tam's close up magic. Our participating family members ranged from 20-80 years old and there was truly something for everyone. (However, I probably wouldn't recommend anything for kids 8 and under.) Tam arrived at our house early to set up to perform a 1 hour slot and we placed him in a separate room from the main party area for some added "mystery". Every 15 minutes or so, a small group of 6-7 people would be seated in the room and the show would "rotate" through. Throughout the hour, we would hear bursts of laughter, applause, or shock coming from the room which built anticipation. We later learned that he varied some of the tricks per group so it was a little different every time. The show itself was amazing; magic shows are usually performed at a distance but Tam closed that gap and interacted with everyone by name. We touched props, shuffled cards, and inspected the table throughout. He had great comedic timing, answered all of our questions, and truly is a master of his craft. I stared so hard without blinking at times and still was not able to comprehend some tricks. Highly recommend if you're looking for unique entertainment to add to an event! read more

We hired Tam to perform at our wedding cocktail hour and could not have been happier with his services. The booking process probably took less than an hour AND he had a COI ready to go for my planner. Our guests were blown away by his work and professionalism. He was funny, stylish and expertly performed. I can't wait for another excuse to hire him again. Thank you, Tam! read more

Saw Tam at a friends wedding and his slight if hand was great! So cool to have him walking around with the guests and performing. Such a great idea at wedding to ice break conversations with people who haven't met! Great with the kids too! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a magician! read more

I first saw Tam's performance at the Magic Castle and afterwards I knew I had to book him for our wedding immediately!! He did not disappoint! Tam Vo's magical performance at my wedding was nothing short of extraordinary. His captivating blend of tricks, humor, wit, and buffness (yes - he's ripped hahaha) left our guests spellbound! Thank you Tam again for being absolutely amazing and one of our highlights on our special day. read more

I hired Tam for my husband's birthday and both my husband and I agreed that the show was well worth the money spent! He had two people sit real close to table and both of them couldn't see the trick behind the magic! Tam showed us a wide arsenal of different kinds of magic: coins, foam balls, dollar bills, playing cards, and even using a calculator! Even the most skeptical in our group of 20 guests were amazed by the end of the show. I'll leave it here for the details so as to not spoil any potential acts for future audiences. I would highly recommend Tam for anyone who wants some magic at their event and would definitely like to see him perform again! read more

I hired Tam for my wife's 40th Birthday party. He was very professional, kind and handsome down the best intimate Magician I've ever seen. Highly recommend him for your next birthday or company party - some of his stuff is mind blowing!! read more

I hired Tam as a magician for our family's Christmas Eve party. After contacting several magicians in the area and reviewing their websites, Tam had the most professional site with short video clips of his performances, so I chose him. I had contacted him just a few days prior to Christmas Eve, and I was happily surprised that he was available. Tam was quick to respond and professional in his communication. His hourly rates were slightly higher than the other magicians I had contacted, but I had a good feeling about him and so I went with him. On Christmas Eve, Tam showed up on time, dressed professionally and ready to perform! I hired him as a surprise for my Mom (who loves magicians) and our guests. Tam performed close-up magic, where he went to each of the 3 tables that the guests were sitting at and did several tricks at each table. Our group was diverse, with ages ranging from 8 yrs old to 88 (most of the group around 50). Tam had tailored his performance based on this knowledge, and all of the guests (no matter what age) were wowed and amazed by his skills! Not only was he entertaining, but he also has a charming personality that makes everyone feel comfortable. After the performance, we invited him to have sushi with us, as we were still eating when he initially came over. That is how comfortable we felt with him. He joined in on the sushi, and we hope he had as much fun with us as we did with him. If you're looking for a professional and skilled magician, look no further! Tam will entertain your group and leave them with a smile on their face. read more

Tam, if I could give you 100 stars I would. First thing that impressed me was your responsiveness to emails. All questions and concerns answered immediately. I hired you as a Christmas gift to our large family. (No toys/stuff. Experience only) and you were the best of the best. Parents, grandparents, teens and toddlers were laughing, all while being mesmerized by your slight of hand. Pure magic. Pure joy. Anyone reading this would be a fool not to hire you.
