She took us to stone places to select the stone for our countertop. She guided us through the selection and colors of the cabinets. She was always available for any questions we may have had. She scheduled all the people doing all the other work, plumbing, sheetrock, electrical and installation of the cabinets, floor and backsplash. They were all there on the scheduled times and days and completed on time. All the work was done to perfection. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen. It's now mid-June and the work is still not done. After terrible communication and many, many unanswered texts and phone calls, we were left with no choice but to part ways with N-Hance. In our final text exchange, we received a very flimsy apology for "leaving us in this situation" and, unbelievably, they asked us to sign a release in which we would agree to not leave the company a bad review. I understand that many businesses are struggling to find skilled labor, but this project was completely mismanaged and now we're the ones left to try to find a new contractor to pick up where N-Hance failed. We are missing cabinetry and drawer faces and some of the work that was completed needs to be repaired/corrected. N-Hance broke two floor tiles in our kitchen which also need to be replaced. Time and time again over the last eight months, the owner of this company lied to us both in conversation and in writing (and had to acknowledge that he willingly lied), assuring us that the work would be completed, cabinetry would be installed, the project would get back on track, etc. If you, like us, are hoping to update your kitchen without ripping out cabinetry, find a different contractor to do it. Please note that most of the positive reviews of this company are several years old. I'm writing this review because I want to save other people from the incredible frustration that we've gone through.

At the 7 week mark (we) called and they told us we needed to come in and pick the colors and handles. Week 9 we again called and they scheduled us for a 2 day install. The day before install my wife called and was told someone contracted the COVID and they had to shut the production plant down and it would be 2 more weeks. (We have no kitchen at this point) Week 11 we once again called and was scheduled for Monday and possibly Tuesday (yes today) and Monday we were told their truck was broke down and they never came. Today we had to call them again and was finally told the truth.. We are told the cabinets got put on the back burner and they were only 98% complete drying from the paint. Now mind you after the cabinets are installed you still have to wait for the counter tops. Lord only knows how that will go. This company will lie to your face, make up false excuses and will not call you to keep you informed. If that is the way you want to spend your money then by all means go waist your time and money. This company is in dire need of customer service and new management that wont lie to a customer.

We didn't end up getting cabinets through them because they didn't have the color i needed in the cabinets we liked. Bobby spent so much time helping us plan, working within our budget, etc. They did my neighbor's kitchen and they look great! I love that they come measure, design, and guarantee their work. They are also very reasonably priced -- less than even big box stores.

Our experience was and is not the greatest --- We purchased our kitchen cabinets in Oct 2021 ---…read morepaid in full December 2021 --- Our kitchen demo was to begin January 10, 2022. From what we were informed, the cabinets were in their warehouse the beginning of January. Low and behold, at the time of installation, there was a piece missing- do not understand where the check and balance was of incoming freight --- we had to initiate the process, their customer service was not a help! By not having the cabinet it postponed the rest of the demo! Then after a couple of weeks, a temporary solution was in the work. There would be a 'constructed' cabinet and a new one would be ordered. The new cabinet came in without a door --- so once again there was a disconnect, and once again customer service could not give us any updates. Now we are having an issue with one of the drawers in the pantry --- we left two phone messages -- no one returned the phone call. However we did get an e-mail several days later --- do not understand why another employee could not have helped. As of today, we have not received a definitive response of what action will be taking place ---

We started working with Prosource in early March at the recommendation of a local independent…read morecontractor to check out flooring, cabinets and countertops for our kitchen remodel. We stopped in on a Saturday and spent most of our time browsing floor options. We worked initially with Alexandra, who was very helpful when looking at photos of our home. She was very informative when it came to styles and options and allowed us to check out several samples to take home. Before the end of our visit, she referred us to another associate to discuss counters and cabinets. He was initially very helpful as we looked at options to fit our budget and space. Eventually, we went with another manufacturer for custom cabinets, so we were now considering only countertops with Prosource. Fast forward 3 months - we found another material we liked at Superior Marble in Portsmouth, which Prosource also carried. We were excited to learn that they could provide and install for nearly $3k less than Superior and with a faster turnaround time. When it came to getting the invoice and contract from the associate at Prosource, he became harder to get hold of. He would promise information and never provide it; would not return emails or phone calls or would do so weeks later. We had to send multiple requests via email and phone for composed estimates and paperwork to sign and to schedule the templating. He ended up leaving the company and we got passed around to 3 or 4 other people to help us with templating the countertops and scheduling installation. Of note, they also requested payment in full to even get scheduled. We paid and got on the schedule for a month later (Jul 30th). After template, it was 2 1/2 weeks to install (Aug 18th). They had a subcontractor complete the template and installation - Mike - and he was great to work with. We did have some issues after installation - sharp edges, a stain and a slight chip after installation and he returned within 2 weeks to take care of those issues and make sure we were satisfied, which we are! Other than the back and forth with associates @ Prosource which were a slight headache, I have no hesitation recommending the product we purchased. We saved a good chunk of money, but it came at the cost of a wait, which was overall worth it. I would consider returning when we renovate our bathrooms in the near future.
