Rodney gave us the best bid of the contractors we considered, and his outstanding reviews from previous customers gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. He exceeded our expectations in every way. Rodney and his helper completely transformed our bathroom in just three days, creating a beautiful, modern, state-of-the-art walk-in shower. The workmanship was excellent, the attention to detail was impressive, and the entire project was handled professionally from beginning to end. While he was here, I also asked Rodney to replace the toilets in both of our bathrooms with chair-height, elongated Kohler toilets and install new sink faucets with pop-up drains. Those improvements made a remarkable difference in the appearance and functionality of both bathrooms. We could not be happier with the results. Rodney was dependable, professional, skilled, and easy to work with--and the quality of his work speaks for itself. We have absolutely no complaints and would recommend Full Circle Kitchen and Bath and Rodney McKinney without hesitation. If you're considering a bathroom renovation or other kitchen or bath project, I highly recommend giving Rodney a call. You will be in very good hands!

Rodney partnered with Quality Stone in Virginia Beach, and their service--from selection to installation--was superb. Rodney provided a very fair price and handled every detail, including removing the bar, relocating an outlet, replacing 3 other outlets and installing a new sink and faucet. He even suggested a beautiful backsplash tile and helped me replace a 15-year-old over-the-range microwave with a new Whirlpool at a great price. Rodney is incredibly reliable, punctual, and truly available seven days a week. I highly recommend Full Circle Kitchen and Bath and will definitely call them for out next project

Next, I'll go to them for a bathroom remodel.

We signed a contract and paid our deposit to N-Hance in October 2022 (eight months ago) for a job…read morethat we were told would take four weeks once work got underway. It's now mid-June and the work is still not done. After terrible communication and many, many unanswered texts and phone calls, we were left with no choice but to part ways with N-Hance. In our final text exchange, we received a very flimsy apology for "leaving us in this situation" and, unbelievably, they asked us to sign a release in which we would agree to not leave the company a bad review. I understand that many businesses are struggling to find skilled labor, but this project was completely mismanaged and now we're the ones left to try to find a new contractor to pick up where N-Hance failed. We are missing cabinetry and drawer faces and some of the work that was completed needs to be repaired/corrected. N-Hance broke two floor tiles in our kitchen which also need to be replaced. Time and time again over the last eight months, the owner of this company lied to us both in conversation and in writing (and had to acknowledge that he willingly lied), assuring us that the work would be completed, cabinetry would be installed, the project would get back on track, etc. If you, like us, are hoping to update your kitchen without ripping out cabinetry, find a different contractor to do it. Please note that most of the positive reviews of this company are several years old. I'm writing this review because I want to save other people from the incredible frustration that we've gone through.

I had a full kitchen remodel. There was poor communication and coordination throughout the project…read more I had to personally go to Lowes to purchase supplies 3 times. I had to dispose of trash and drywall myself. The drywall guy did the electrical work. The "project manager" delivered the cabinets out of a van with noone to help him unload, so my lazy susan was broken. The construction took about 9 weeks to complete. The subcontractor hired his own subcontractors. Uhhh, glad its over. My kitchen will be perfect after I patch the holes in the ceiling and paint my crown molding.

At the 7 week mark (we) called and they told us we needed to come in and pick the colors and handles. Week 9 we again called and they scheduled us for a 2 day install. The day before install my wife called and was told someone contracted the COVID and they had to shut the production plant down and it would be 2 more weeks. (We have no kitchen at this point) Week 11 we once again called and was scheduled for Monday and possibly Tuesday (yes today) and Monday we were told their truck was broke down and they never came. Today we had to call them again and was finally told the truth.. We are told the cabinets got put on the back burner and they were only 98% complete drying from the paint. Now mind you after the cabinets are installed you still have to wait for the counter tops. Lord only knows how that will go. This company will lie to your face, make up false excuses and will not call you to keep you informed. If that is the way you want to spend your money then by all means go waist your time and money. This company is in dire need of customer service and new management that wont lie to a customer.

From what we were informed, the cabinets were in their warehouse the beginning of January. Low and behold, at the time of installation, there was a piece missing- do not understand where the check and balance was of incoming freight --- we had to initiate the process, their customer service was not a help! By not having the cabinet it postponed the rest of the demo! Then after a couple of weeks, a temporary solution was in the work. There would be a 'constructed' cabinet and a new one would be ordered. The new cabinet came in without a door --- so once again there was a disconnect, and once again customer service could not give us any updates. Now we are having an issue with one of the drawers in the pantry --- we left two phone messages -- no one returned the phone call. However we did get an e-mail several days later --- do not understand why another employee could not have helped. As of today, we have not received a definitive response of what action will be taking place ---

We started working with Prosource in early March at the recommendation of a local independent…read morecontractor to check out flooring, cabinets and countertops for our kitchen remodel. We stopped in on a Saturday and spent most of our time browsing floor options. We worked initially with Alexandra, who was very helpful when looking at photos of our home. She was very informative when it came to styles and options and allowed us to check out several samples to take home. Before the end of our visit, she referred us to another associate to discuss counters and cabinets. He was initially very helpful as we looked at options to fit our budget and space. Eventually, we went with another manufacturer for custom cabinets, so we were now considering only countertops with Prosource. Fast forward 3 months - we found another material we liked at Superior Marble in Portsmouth, which Prosource also carried. We were excited to learn that they could provide and install for nearly $3k less than Superior and with a faster turnaround time. When it came to getting the invoice and contract from the associate at Prosource, he became harder to get hold of. He would promise information and never provide it; would not return emails or phone calls or would do so weeks later. We had to send multiple requests via email and phone for composed estimates and paperwork to sign and to schedule the templating. He ended up leaving the company and we got passed around to 3 or 4 other people to help us with templating the countertops and scheduling installation. Of note, they also requested payment in full to even get scheduled. We paid and got on the schedule for a month later (Jul 30th). After template, it was 2 1/2 weeks to install (Aug 18th). They had a subcontractor complete the template and installation - Mike - and he was great to work with. We did have some issues after installation - sharp edges, a stain and a slight chip after installation and he returned within 2 weeks to take care of those issues and make sure we were satisfied, which we are! Other than the back and forth with associates @ Prosource which were a slight headache, I have no hesitation recommending the product we purchased. We saved a good chunk of money, but it came at the cost of a wait, which was overall worth it. I would consider returning when we renovate our bathrooms in the near future.
