Anthony is a horrible, horrible business owner! I had the misfortune of being doing business with Anthony and it ended up being the most horrible experience I could have possibly had imagined! I was reminded of the bully from high school after having the misfortune of dealing with Anthony. I have met many smart owners who are chefs, caterers, food truck owners and restaurant owners in similar industry and have never encountered such an dead end attitude and demeaning attitude. There are many solid and level headed owners in the catering world, unfortunately Anthony is not one of them. I can show video of Anthony screaming, going into a lunatic fit and going absolute nuts well as stepping up to owner face directly, who had initially wanted to help him, until the Anthony started to bully and yell non stop, provoking the owner of a 19 year business into being extremely defensive mode, Anthony was offered refund immediately after one minute into the conversation. But Anthony could not control himself, continually pushing the owner into the corner and trying to start a fight at the end, even after receiving a refund. Anthony will yell saying he knows about tools and how to do this and that, but wont explain how he knows and where is knowledge actually comes from, not once actually asking the owner why and how, especially after seeing existing same pattern of work same exact vehicle as his. There are emails, pictures, videos and phone calls to back up all here. read more

Chef Anthony & Exquisite Bites Catering came highly recommended and boy, did they deliver! I planned a private dinner remotely from DC and Anthony was extremely responsive & helpful throughout the entire process. He had a daunting task as one guest was allergic to gluten, and another was allergic to peanuts, tomatoes, dairy, and shellfish. Anthony's menu was bold, beautifully presented, accommodated our guests' many allergies, and everything tasted absolutely delicious! Our private dinner included a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres, and salad, entree, and dessert courses. We were impressed with Chef Anthony's use of quality, local produce and felt it reflected Miami's vibe perfectly. Anthony, his sous chef, and staff were timely, professional, attentive, and created a gorgeous "tables cape" in our outdoor gazebo that overlooked the water. His team took care of everything and left the kitchen spotless - I was truly able to enjoy the night with my friends. If you're ever in Miami, I highly recommend Chef Anthony & Exquisite Bites Catering. read more

Working with Anthony was amazing from start to finish! He catered a lunch wedding for 100 people at Long Key Nature Center for us, and was so helpful in developing a customized menu that fit our budget and dietary preferences (not to mention the multiple individual meals he came up with at the last minute due to unexpected allergies from guests). The food he whipped up at our home for the tasting was so great that we knew right away that we'd hire him. He's extremely responsive via email and answered all our questions promptly. The food setup at the wedding itself was beautiful, and he even matched our decorations. The steak and chicken in particular got rave reviews from our guests! His staff was outstanding as well, and they left the hall meticulous. Although his website and handouts may seem a bit simple at first, don't be fooled-Anthony is a top notch gentleman and caterer who you would be lucky to have at your next event. read more

We called Chef Anthony last weekend to inquire about his services for our upcoming wedding in May. He was very professional and informative over the phone. He showed transparency and honesty while we were discussing his menu options and services and he was very eager to help us figure out a menu for our wedding. He managed to fit us into his schedule when we told him we would only be in town for the weekend. He arranged an impromptu tasting for us and traveled to my fiance's house and cooked samples of his food for us. His food was absolutely delicious! Even my dad (who is usually hard to please) loved his food and was ready to book his services right there. We had a wonderful afternoon and were extremely pleased with the tasting! read more

Wanted to do something special for my son's graduation party last year so hired Chef Anthony of Exquisite Bites to cater the party. Couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Anthony was very professional, passionate about what he does. The food was great, he went out of his way to work with me in staying within my budget, even suggesting less expensive alternatives. Needless to say everyone raved about the food, I was able to enjoy the party, and it made it extra special for my son. I would definitely recommend Anthony for any event you might be planning. Also check out his Wahoo fish dip, even if you think you don't like fish (like I did), it's really really good. Get some crackers and you set to go. read more

As a wedding planner working in the event industry for a while now, when playing the "Day Of Coordinator" figure, sometimes we do not know a particular vendor our clients have selected/hired until the very end; sometimes you get to put together the puzzle a few days before or the day of the event. This happened to me a couple of weeks ago and of course I was a little worried about the catering company since I didn't know them in advance prior the event, but, I was very surprised and pleased when I met Chef Anthony and his team of professionals. The food was outstanding as well as their service and dedication. In fact, I offer him another opportunity on the spot to work together again next Saturday. Good job chef! read more

Right from the first contact, Anthony exceeded our expectations at every turn. He answered every question right away to make sure our event was exactly the way we wanted it to be. He came to the house prior to the event to view the space to make sure set up was seamless. He even coordinated his table decor to match the theme of the party. He showed up on time & took care of everything! The food was excellent. The service was very professional while still being friendly. When service was done, they cleaned up & left my kitchen as spotless as when they came. This allowed me to truly enjoy our party & worry about nothing. I would highly recommend Exquisite Bites for any event you are holding! read more
