They said they would look at it for me and be able to repair it while I was there. When I got there I was amazed at the amount of vehicles located around the bldg and figured some were waiting for parts. There were three people working the counter when I got there. The guy I talked to was very courageous and friendly. Checked in and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes when he came out and said he had good news. He had the nail in his hand which turned out to be a screw that was ground down and said it had not penetrated the tire with no damage and no charge, he gave me my keys and I found my vehicle parked directly outside the building. I definitely will be back if I need any repairs later on. I have lived in Newburgh for three years and I'm in my 80's. There are a lot of horror stories out there about rip off's and I suggest you check out this place. I feel confident about getting a fair shake here.

One star review ​…read more ​ that's what I initially gave Quality Automotive . Unfortunately I had an emergency with my vehicle it needed to be towed to a shop quality was the closest and had some of the best reviews in town . I called quality spoke to the owner confirm dropping my vehicle off after hours . He told me it would be a week before it could be looked at which I was fine with . A week goes by I stop in just to check on status. To my surprise no one knew where my vehicle came from . and ​ considering "having t towed" I was told . At this point I was slightly aggravated . Now the front desk and waiting room was packed parking lot was full phones were ringing off the hook . The frustration was not only on my end . After a back and forth reluctantly they got my truck repaired. t wo calipers and brake lines ​ in 2 days. Which I was impressed with and the price tag was not ridiculous very reasonable . So The Exchange I had at the front counter however still aggravating was not worth noting. my truck was fixed I was cool 5 months later I have what appears to be brake fluid all over my rims on the sides where the calipers were replaced. Then I looked up their number Yelp review popped up so I gave him a one-star review. wrote another long story such as this one about how horrible they were ​. After my review I called quality to discuss the problem. they asked me to bring in my truck the next day . After looking at my truck determining the calipers and the brake lines were done correctly there was a domino effect from axle seals blah blah blah pretty much the ​ emergency messed up a lot more than initially known​. Long story short after diagnosing the problem fixing rear seal and front seal on axles replacing two calipers and brakes in less than a full day . I get my truck back expecting a outrageous price tag . To my surprise it was barely $100 over the initial estimate. And I know the calipers were an absolute bear to get off they could have charged me way more on labor . Customer service was way different this round actually spoke with Jeff the owner about my one star review and that is why I wrote this long post . The timing on our first encounter wasn't the best timing for either one of us. But the second round they actually lived up to their name these guys actually are quality and they are reasonably priced. I appreciate Jeff saying something to me about the review. Rarely ​ do we business owners have the opportunity to discuss our respond to these review sites and quite frankly I'm disappointed in myself for even giving one . But my ego got the best of me. So far all is good with my truck. Jeff was to the point and honest . That is a rare thing to find with mechanics ​ if I'm not black listed because of my first review I will definitely continue to use these guys to work on my vehicle .
