After I left, I stopped by to fill up the gas tank. As I was filling up, I noticed a screw in the back tire. I was so damn mad, I went right back to the Express Lube to complain I didn't get what I ask for. At first the guy tried to argue that they did everything I requested, and they either missed the screw or I picked it up after I left. I was so pissed because they were closing, and I had to leave early on a long road trip. The guy finally said, "pull it in." He removed the screw, plugged the hole, checked all the tire pressures, and didn't charge me. Everyone else had left and it was just him. I told him I appreciated him doing right by me. I will continue to do business there, but I will still double-check to see I got what I paid for the first time.
