BUYER BEWARE. Please do not go to Krystal Colon. I promise you will have so many regrets, As did I. She advertised on Facebook a botox special. Requested deposit thru venmo and asked me to bring cash for the service. She sent me the address and I thought I was going to a salon. I was later directed to her house where she would be working out of her garage. I got there and paid and 3 weeks later there was no evidence of botox in my forehead. I don't believe she used botox. In addition she was so heavy handed, that my thought at the time was," WTF!!! I'll never come back here." Obviously she is a scammer. The quality and customer service from this woman is beyond poor. It's downright disrespectful. She would not even hear me out when I asked for at least a partial refund. I just can't believe she scams people from her own place of residence. I've reported her to BBB, FDA, Code enforcement and also the cosmetology board. Not to mention the IRS as well. She did such a half a** job. I've been so self conscious about my eye brows. I go to this place to make myself feel better about myself. But I constantly have to fill my brows before I go anywhere. She doesn't speak any English. So the communication is horrible because I couldn't tell her my concerns. I called her numerous times and knocked on the door many times. I could see her through the glass door she was inside and totally ignoring me. Bertha Colon is Krystal for those of you who don't know & since she's old enough to be my mother and wants to act my age and post one side of our conversations through text for her followers to see let me just put it all out there. In January of 2020 I started working with "krystal" - with her (NOT FOR HER) because I have my esthetic License through California & she does not She does Microbladding, permanent make up& eye lashes. We decided to work together and expand her beautiful location on Jst. As time went buy I help Bertha get the proper permits to keep her business running because she didn't have any of that she was just one of those girls who won a settlement for another previous issue she caused and was able to open her place with money, so after months of being with her we enjoyed working together even during the 2020 pandemic. Mid year she realized that we were doing pretty good & we talked about expanding her business even to a new location but the owner of the building notified her that the room next door would be vacant soon so she decided to expand with my license she was able to buy everything to try and run a spa. ( but when the first shit down happen she started getting greedy as her Ex husband walked back into her life & she had to drop the man she had been involved with she stop notifying me about my clients & started trying to do My job with MY equipment at the time, it bothered me so I told her something about it and she denied it to my face so I decided to leave & at first she through her check book at me cause she really wanted me to stay with her because of how much better her business had gotten. So I stayed a little longer but things just started getting weird when we were allowed to re open I would book clients and she would not allow me to take them because she had no clients so I decided to talk to her and that didn't work because she was abusing pills at the time. So I decided to call it quits. (She never fired me like she claims) she's nothing but a fraud. She didn't talk to me for days when I asked to get all my equipment she would make excuses on why I couldn't. She held my equipment hostage for months she was waiting for her to get her equipment that she ordered so she could continue with her front that everything in there was "Hers".I involved the police & was able to get my stuff back but was never paid for transactions that were paid together from her clients that got services from her and me and paid in one bill. But I let it go I had already started working else were. I knew she was going through a financial hardship. And to clarify why she's calling me a thief the brand new Dodge Challenger she was driving was financed by me because she has no papers visa etc...I signed a notary agreement while she help my stuff hostage for her to keep the car as long as she made the payments on time but she failed to most of the payments were late she never registered the car she crashed it and the countless tickets were to much I gave her 90 days to re-finance or pay the vehicle off since she rants about making thousands of dollars and she's a boss blah blah blah she even claimed to have a mansion in Glendora "her get away house lol so after 90 days I still continued to have problems with her YES she did reimburse me for everything I had to pay on her behalf 5 tickets but failed to register the car & she also notified me this month January 2021 that she had no money to pay the car because she had paid someone to "fix her credit" & the rest of her money she claimed bank of America's stole it from her so I decided to sees the car with the police the night she became aware of everything she vandalized the car with her ex husband I had a GPS system in the car and that night she was in Chula Vista on Center st were she totaled the car. There u have it on how I earned my title as a thief she feels she's entitled to get her $2000down payment. Even though what she did is considered breach of contract and vandalism which is a crime. Krystal is amazing at microblading! I was referred to Express Your Self by a friend. I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed for some time but was nervous. It was a major benefit to see someone I know experience this before I did it myself. After my first session with Krystal I knew I would be her on going client. I have had several follow up appointments with Krystal for eyebrow touch ups and each visit she takes her time and makes sure I am satisfied with the results!
