Ladydiana was AMAZING - she responded the same day that I reached out (via text) and provided a health screening to ensure that I would be a good candidate for my in-person consultation and appointment. I originally had planned to do them a few months after my initial contact, but she had an opening so I was able to get in within a month of my first message! Her studio was super cute, and the numbing cream made it pretty much painless. She does have to do at least one pass over your brows WITHOUT the cream, but it's well worth the beautiful brows you'll get after. Bottom Line - The. Brows. Are. Worth. It. It has been almost 3 years and I am barely just starting to think about returning for a touch-up later this year, because the inner eye areas are starting to fade (and I mean.. barely!!). With my current brows, I can probably wait another year and a half before going back and just touch up with a pencil when I want a more full brow.

I believe I paid $1? I was offered water, tea or a mimosa while I waited on the patio which was lush with plants, my vibe for sure! My esti was Evelyn and she was very kind and knowledgeable. She did a quick consultation and then the facial began. I've had lots of facials from when I used to work in spas and this facial was in my top 3! The attention th detail for the extractions was great! My skin actually felt clean. Evelyn suggested a different facial from the one I originally booked and said it would be a better option for my skin. She's the expert so I agreed. We also added on the red light therapy. My skin had no problems with the facial, in fact, my skin felt so hydrated and it was so glowy afterwards! Evelyn's face massage technique was very relaxing, especially around the eye area. Unfortunately the facial had to end, but I already knew I would return. One thing I really appreciated was after the facial, there was no membership pitching or product pushing. It's annoying and really uncomfortable to be bombarded with a pitch after a relaxing service. They do have a membership which I am considering doing, but the only thing holding me back is lack of availability on Saturdays for massages. I also don't live close by which is why I need Saturday availability. But then again, the membership price is totally reasonable compared to other "envy" places. I'm sure I could make it work. Overall, I really enjoyed my facial at Balensi spa and I'd definitely recommend to all.

And if you're like me and just want to zone out, she respects that too no unnecessary talking unless you've got questions. That's elite service right there. The whole spa itself is a vibe. The staff is always friendly and professional every single time we come in. The TGF booster and retinol was a game changer. She has such knowledge and curiousity in knowing the products and the science to it that you know you are consulting from someone who knows "skin" very well. Her goal aligns from my goal, which is having to use less make up in the end because you dont need to cover up what you already have: beautiful glowing skin. I went back to try out more products from Le Miuex and had another Brazilian and underarm waxing and felt well taken care of. She just makes it easy breezy and the whole experience of having such a good experience made me feel my time and money was well spent. I did my lip blush tattoo with her and my lips already have a soft pink tint to them! (I am going to post my healed color 6 weeks post touchup). She is a master craftsman (craftswoman ) because she makes sure that her work is as impeccable as possible. She takes the time needed to make sure it's done right...and it sure is. She's also just the best at making you feel as comfortable as can be through the process. My mom also got her brows done with her and they are pretty!!!!! Before and after pics below. They were completely awful, I had to cut bangs to hide them. Anna was very patient working with me as I did have anxiety about having them tattooed again. To my very pleasant surprise she was able to fix my brows! She is very skilled in mapping out the proper area and shape. I won't trust anyone touching my brows other than Anna.
