Despite I had to rush out of there once my service was done, I really had a great experience. It was my first time at this location, and Sarah was absolutely amazing! She's just so sweet and she made the whole service easy. There wasn't much pain at all, and she really tries to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Customer service was top notch. The place was a little hard to find. So I was 30 mins late for my appointment. I had a groupon and was hell bent on traveling to Arlington from md during rush hour traffic..terrible idea. It took me 2.5 hours to get there! Both the aesthetician and the reception were so accomodating. They both told me to arrive safely and when I can. As far as technicians I've only been to Sarah and Mimi for a female Brazilian wax. They were both equally great. The reviews for Sarah here on Yelp are the reason I began going to Express Waxing, and I haven't been disappointed yet. The treatment rooms are clean, and so are their waxing techniques. They DO NOT double dip!!! The pricing is pretty reasonable, and there is always a 10% off Brazilians coupon available on the Yelp app. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. Dudes. I made an appointment yesterday with my LS coupon. I went into today for a wax and eyebrow threading. I've waxed many, many places throughout the States, and let me tell you. I have found my Holy Grail of waxing nirvana. Now, waxing hurts. But, miraculously, Sarah's method was the most painless waxing I'd ever experienced. This is the best place to get a brazilian wax. Sarah and Lin are fantastic. So fast, super nice and really pay attention to detail. They are also as gentle as can be with prep and cleanup. All of the waxers here use a technique that makes it significantly less painful than other places while also being super fast and thorough. They are also highly sanitary - no double-dipping, gloves, and they keep the wax warmers and pots drip-free. I like that they wear lab coats and offer online scheduling. I had a very disappointing experience today. I have been going to see Sarah for eyebrow waxing for months now and she always does an excellent job. I booked an appointment in advance and arrived on time for my 1:15 appointment. Sarah was with another client and the receptionist let her know I was waiting multiple times. After waiting 20 minutes I had to leave so I wasn't late for another appointment. I'm not sure if someone walked in and Sarah decided to see them or if another appointment ran late but I don't think it's acceptable to have a client wait that long when they have an appointment.
