Spent $20 on a car wash and the machine ripped the heat shield off of my car that I have only had for 6 months. The on site manager filled out an incident report and was very kind, but it's been two days and I still have not heard from the district manager Mike Weedman. They refused to give me his contact information and told me I would have to wait for him to contact me. I had to buy a new heat shield because the old one was too damaged. Turns out, the place I took it to for the repair is very close and said they get about 4 damaged vehicles from that car wash a month. So, use the car wash at your own risk. read more

Convenient car wash on the ever busy Larkin Avenue. It's got it's busy times during the day but it's main gimmick is to not sell you a $5 car wash but get you to sign up for a membership or it's extras. I do like the car wash accepts cash and it doesn't need to be exact and gives you change etc. The car wash does a decent job too for what it's worth too. Fair recommendation too. read more

The last three times I went here: 1.) Broke off my back windshield wiper 2.) System shut down as I was locked in. 15 minute wait 3.) Had to back out as the thing broke again. The last two times were two free passes from the broken windshield wiper fiasco. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Customer service Top Notch. I went to get a wash I had a problem with my credit card but the manager John was so helpful and it was me I was putting the credit card in the wrong way. Came to this car wash exactly at 09:36 P.M today at 11/08/19. Websites, yelp and Google states it closes at 10:00 P.M. Guess what? It was closed. Not sure why, do the owners think 10:00 P.M is the same thing as 09:36 P.M? Closing early for what? I saw a car JUST finish going through the car wash and all the lanes stated "closed". Thanks to your unprofessionalism, you have lost another customer. Kudos to you for not listening to customers and not abiding by your OWN timings. read more

Car wash lacks everything. Not enough water or soap. Feels like you are getting a dry wash if anything. Some sprayers don't work for Water and soap. Teenagers running the place look like they rather be anywhere else but there. No bug spray was applied when I payed for it. Tire shine didn't even apply when I also payed for it. When this place opened several years ago I had high hopes. I even had a membership however it turned into a dirty garbage dump. Staff is rude and disconnected. The entire vacuum area is filthy and unkept. The class of people who have dominated the population there are low class losers. They park in the handicapped space and get violent when confronted. Staff ignores the behavior. I left and found a much better place in Plainfield where it's not a dump. read more

Worst fking car wash. The big boss "Bryan" is making them stay open when the water doesn't even work. We put my car through TWICE and soap is still all over my car we had to take a hose and wash the soap off to drive to another car wash. Either the owner and manger needs to give a refund of the 18 dollar wash and refund for what I had to spend somewhere else to fix their mistake. read more

I went to this carwash when it first opened. The carwash scratched my 6 month old car. I made a claim with them and they said they would investigate it. I came back several times to see the video after over a month they finally showed me the video where they said the scratch was already there. It did not look like a scratch in the video it looked like a glare in the same area as the scratch. I was going to argue it more but then was told the video was purged and no longer accessible. read more

Read Me, Amazing place for the price. I've paid more at the coin operated walk out wet bays. The full service places charge 19.99-24.95 and then add tip, they are better because they vacuum and do Windows. They do it all But about 7-8 times more money. So call it average price $23 including tip, $23-$3=$20 in my pocket to spend 5-6 minutes vacuuming. Hell yeah! Wish I made that at work. So do it ALL yourself coin operated get wet bay ALWAYS cost more then $3 AND you still have to vacuum AND you get wet AND YOU just washed YOUR ENTIRE car yourself. NEVER AGAIN! Bad deal no matter how you slice it. So breaking it down I get 7 or so washes to 1, then full service, I do my windows while going through the auto wash and vacuum myself. I'm dry and not tired out washing my own car and I saved money. Coin place slightly better then driveway wash. Good place to go if someone vomited in your car. Tip, my opinion, outside of car really really dirty. Stay with $3 wash, just do $3 wash twice. do not get $6 wash. I got both $3 and $6 and couldn't tell difference. My fave car wash.... always a long line in nice weather but it's worth it. Always can spot some nice looking men here also.

Card reader did not work. There was no one stationed at the entrance, so I had to get out of my car and search for someone to help me. In the meantime, the line behind me quickly backed up. The wash was quick, not thorough and left a ton of streaks. There was virtually no drying, so the car stayed wet. And I even selected the upgraded service! The rain washes my car better than this place. I won't be back. read more

Went here today because I had a coupon for half off the12.00 wash. Attendant was nice and processed my coupon quickly. Drove inside wasn't sure if I was on the track since the 2 kids working were talking and not paying attention. My car wasn't presprayed nor did I get the undercarriage rinse the sign said I should have gotten. The dryer also left a lot of water on car. For12.00 it should have come out a lot better. I know it was super busy but cutting quality is not the way to go I know it was half off so I didn't complain. But I don't think I will be back. read more

DO NOT GO THERE unless you want your car to come out scratched ALL OVER ! Plus the 'lovely' manager JUSTIN will absolutely dismiss it and claim that the scratches were already there - Unbelievable! I think I know how my car looked like before the car wash and how it looked after ! It had hundreds of tiny little scratches all over the car ! He's absolutely unprofessional, rude and knows nothing about costumer service! My visit to the Car Wash Express was a blessing in disguise. The Carnuba Wash has made my car Sparkle and Shine through out the week!!. I never had a upgrade such as this and it is well worth it! I plan to get the upgrade hot wax on a Seasonal basis for myself and my Husband's car and regular washes in between.
