Alex, the owner, sounded like he knew what he was doing and I made an appointment. Had the car towed in. A few hours later he called me with the diagnosis (starter short and dead solenoid) a quote for the work and price options on new and rebuilt parts. After I gave him the ok they went to work, kept me notified when the parts arrived and completed the repair exactly on time and at the price quoted. When I came to pick up the car he showed me the bad parts, mentioned a few things I should "keep an eye on" (but just for my info and without any high-pressure sell job) and I was on my way. I would absolutely recommend them for service work! Great experience. Thanks Alex!

Avoid. I selected this location to have a BAIID installed in my car. This company is contracted…read morethrough LifeSafer to install BAIID devices in cars. We arrived at 2pm. These people had their SECRETARY start the process of the BAIID installation and she had no clue what she was doing. Which is to be expected because she is a secretary not a mechanic. Unprofessional and a liability. They told us they would drive us to a restaurant while we waited a few hours for them to finish the installation. When they returned to pick us up HOURS LATER they informed us they were not able to finish because they had never worked on a BAIID installation in such a new car (2015 Dodge Dart). So basically we waited hours for them to ultimately decide they were not qualified to work on our car. They offered us a loaner car to get home and come back in the morning. We were desperate at this point and live over an hour away and it was 7pm. I told them we wouldn't mind waiting for them to finish. The GENERAL MANAGER/OWNER says "you can pay my mechanics overtime then." Shocked I asked him what he meant by that. We drove over an hour to get here, waited for 5, and because you are not knowledgable in what you are qualified to do and the time it will take to do it you would like me to pay you extra money to cover your mechanics overtime?? Not only do I have nothing to do with the fact that he has been scheduled so much you should never speak to a customer that way when you as a business messed up. Alex continued to argue with me to the point where one of his coworkers, John, had to close the door of his office to keep us from arguing. John walked us outside to show us the loaner car and apologize on Alex's behalf. He explained that they receive multiple complaints about this guy THE OWNER!!! And that he has ruined business for them. Because we were so desperate to get home we were still ready to go ahead with the loaner car. This lot has multiple nice and respectable cars on it. The car they offered us was stained with cigarette smoke and burns, paint chipping, rust, a piece of crap! Wow! And they made us sign documents that if we caused any "damage" or didn't bring it back filled up we would be charged! WOW! That did it. We walked back in the office, told them to put our car back together and refund every dime we paid them. Not one time did the GENERAL MANAGER/OWNER come out to apologize or make things right. On the way home the check engine light came on. Avoid this place or you will be sorry. Will be reporting to the BBB.
