It didn't get washed as much as I thought it would, no matter how much I dried it, there was always water spots, the tires were turning brown, I was always wiping the bugs off the windshield. No more water spots, no more dead bug residue on the windshield just a clean shiny car. The car now again feels smooth to the touch, like a fresh waxed car. I guess I learned my lesson.

I provide a new 5-quart jug of oil and I get a little back as my engine takes four quarts. This time, I saw the young man pour the entire jug into my engine then toss (like end-over-end) the empty plastic jug in the trash. He shows me the dipstick, which looked OK after starting the car. But I was suspicious. The car's never required 5 quarts before. In the morning, with a cold engine, I popped the hood & pulled the dipstick. Sure enough -- over full. If I would have gotten a full package than I wouldnt expect this to happen, they don't even give you wipes for the inside of your car or air freshener- just free vacuum.
