Been to this place twice now for re-certs. Love it! Very easy scheduling and also accommodating if you need to change dates. EXTREMELY responsive to emails. Clean facility, classrooms, and equipment. Instructors are awesome! They make it fun which is much more conducive to learning; it's a very relaxed environment, yet they take very seriously what they are teaching. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! read more

Second time coming here. Went to renew my ACLS and BLS. Our instructor Jose made everything easy to understand and concise. Will continue coming here in the future. read more

This place was great, I booked last minute PALS on a holiday weekend! Ahmed was a great instructor; the class was informative, low stress and we got the full class done in one day instead of the usual two days. And it is an official AHA class so the card counts for privileges and I received my card on the day of class. Thanks! read more

Just took my Healthcare Provider CPR class yesterday with ETS. It is centrally located in Mission Valley with plenty of free parking. There is a coffee cart in the parking lot if you have to have that morning jo. I have been an RN for 30 years and have taken this course many times. Daryl Graham was our instructor and he made the class about as fun as it can get. While a typical class can be mundane, he made it enjoyable with his sense of humor and wit. If you have to take the class, this is the way to go. MP, San Diego read more

Great staff, class was really great in helping me get a better grasp on the material since I took both PALS and ACLS there for the first time. read more

This place is great if you're looking to take BLS/ACLS or Pals. The location is convenient. They have multiple classes so it's easy to sign up. Ahmed was my instructor and he was great! Very thorough and concise. You'll learn what you need to be prepared to respond to situations. Check them out! read more

I don't usually review places but I was so annoyed with the customer service here. First, I called this place several times to check if a class was available. No answer!!!! Next, I wasn't able to register for a class because they ask for payment prior to registering for a class. (And they ask for 48hrs prior notice before cancellation) I didn't register because I don't know what my work schedule is. NO REFUNDS. I'm on call most of the time for work, being in healthcare. And I will not pay for a class prior to a course. Not having an answer I decided to pass by. The place looked great. I entered and greeted by a attendant (I give the place 3 stars for the greeting alone) I explained the situation that I needed to renew my ACLS. No accommodation was helped to get me into the next class. read more

This place was amazing for a first timer like me to take my CPR BLS course! John, one of the instructors, was super informative and you can tell he was an experienced professional. All the material are important but he went further to explain modifications that might change in other updates in this course and everything was super helpful. Definitely would recommend to friends, families, co-workers, etc. I had a wonderful experience! read more

Adam was very quick and thorough he did a great job of teaching this class I have a recommend it to anyone in the healthcare proficient that needs a BLS certificate for CPR I will definitely be back when I need my ACLs or pals certification the price is also a bargain with AHA. He answered all questions with confidence and that led to me being confident. read more

This was so much easier than having to do the all-day in-service training at work. I highly recommend going the internet-based route, which includes a quick in-person performance test --which is no big deal. read more

Spacious and tidy facility with A+ instructors. I attended a BLS renewal with Daryl, he was funny and informative which can make an important (but otherwise boring) course more interesting. Really worth getting your certs here, I will be back when I need to renew! read more

Knowledgeable friendly staff that made a 4 hour BLS/CPR class fly by. Convenient booking online-- would recommend!

The instructors are great and explain the material in a very clear and summarized matter. They were all nurses with a lot of experience. Very clean, high tech, and properly stocked classrooms. Will be returning here for my re-certifications on ACLS and PALS. Highly recommend. read more

Peter was a great instructor! Nice clean office. Fast and convenient re certification option.

I farted during my ACLS megacode but your boy still passed! Veronica was super sweet in helping me set up the group training for ACLS and we all appreciate her so much! Phillip was a superb instructor and everyone learned a lot during the class. Huge thanks again to express training for the private session and especially to Veronica and Phillip! read more

Great class and instructor! Will definitely go back!

It's my first time taking the ACLS renewal course with this company and I will definitely be back again. I opted for the online renewal with the in person skills check. I actually prefer this method. You do all of the codes online (simulation), take the test online, then show up in person for a basic skills check (pretty much just the BLS survey). The instructor was wonderful! His name is John. He offered great tips on remembering the ACLS algorithm. He was very enthusiastic and full of knowledge! I really enjoyed the stress free environment. Looking forward to renewing my BLS and NRP with them next year. Thanks for a great class! read more

I definitely recommend this place for recertifying BLS. The class was very laid back and stress free. It was just me the day that I went to recertify for BLS, and the instructor, Daryl made the class enjoyable, informative, and quick! read more

If you're looking to get your BLS card, this is the place to go! I am a nursing student and this place was fast, friendly and a fun course! Last place I went to was sketchy and in an empty room that was not meant for teaching. This place is designated specifically for certifications and it's very nice! They even had free coffee and snacks! Highly recommend it! read more

Took my PALS here today! Our teacher Peter was so great and helpful at explaining things. I would definitely recommend this facility to other students and nurses! read more

Such a great experience here. Patrick made me feel so comfortable and made the class a breeze. I highly recommend Express training solutions for BLS! Easy online scheduling and central location in Mission valley. Peter Tharp was the instructor and he was awesome! His way of teaching and technique are easy to follow. This was the best BLS course I have taken in my 15 years working in healthcare. read more

Great BLS CPR class with John today! Was able to schedule and pay online last night and take it this am. Very flexible scheduling, great, experienced instructor, and easy to get to! Great job! I will be back here again..... ;) read more

It was great! Dave was a pretty chill teacher, and that helps. Alot. Especially when it's 8am on a Thursday. And you're tired. And you're only there cause you have to be. It wasn't awful. The video was one that we've all seen. (If you've taken the class before), but the teacher would emphasize things that would be on the test for us. Thanks for that. It helped. We also did lot's of hands on, I liked that too. I'll definitely be back in 2 years when I'm up for renewal. In the meantime, thanks! read more

Great place, Patrick(our instructor ) was very clear and answered all our questions. He made sure we learned

This was the easiest acls update class. Ahmed and Philip kept it interesting with humor and the class did not drag on like most classroom experiences. read more

I'm an employee with UCSD Medical Center, where we use BART, so I let my BLS expire a long time ago. I needed my BLS, quick. I posted on facebook that I needed help, and a friend of mine sent me a link to their website. They had plenty of days and times available to meet my deadline at the end of the week. The facility is nice, clean, and spacious. There was enough equipment for us to get our hands on training done. It was fast, easy, and concise. David was very personable, easy to talk to, and pleasant. I will definitely recommend my friends, family, and colleagues here! read more

Been going here for years...highly knowledgeable staff that teaches you in a stress free environment!!!

I've taken BLS, PALS, & ACLS through Express Training Solutions, and found them to be excellent. They have a great facility, offer coffee and sometimes snacks during the classes, have competitive rates, and are extremely friendly. I learned tons while in the class, and I felt they really had the experience required to make the learning environment as positive as possible. Their experience in the field brings perspective to the material being taught, and helped me maximize my experience. I highly recommend ETS to others, and have started pointing my friends their way for their certifications! read more

I had to renew my CPR quickly for school so I came on yelp and express training had excellent reviews so I gave them a call and a class was ready and available the next day, perfect! The person on the phone told me that if I registered online, I could get a discount by putting AHA while checking out (you're welcome). Not sure why I got the book though, we didn't really use it. (sorry lost a star there) Class was from 3-5 and there was only 4 of us but we had a lot of fun and time really flew by. Jason was nice enough to even make us a pot of coffee. Everything went smoothly and I got my CPR card at the end of class. Also they offer other classes including an EKG course, IV training, PALS, and ACLS. Thinking about going back for those classes as well. Another plus, they email you in 2 years to remind you to come back and renew your card. Awesome, cause I forgot about mine and i was one month late renewing it. Whoops! read more

I took the BLS for health care professionals today and was very happy with the class. The instructor John said he would make the class as painless as possible and that is what he did! He was very thorough and kept our attention the whole time. The class went by pretty quick and we all passed our written exam(25 questions) =) I would definitely recommend this CPR training center to everyone! I will be going back to renew in 2 years! Thanks John! read more

I got my IV certification here and I was truly dreading three days, 12 hours worth of learning. I was so relieved that my instructor was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor that the class flew by like a breeze. He taught great techniques that I will take with me in my career. Thanks so much!! read more

Everything went smooth .. Easy to get there.. I forgot the guy's name but I think it was Chris .. Really cool funny I like the small group that I went with the only reason why they loose a star was what the heck was the 15$ book for!! that I paid for... ?? I will never know.. But either then that don't buy your book just do the program and I came for my bls.. read more

I took the BLS "fast track" course for healthcare professionals. Well done course online, with good interface. The skills testing was in Mission Valley, very convenient and informative. Would definitely use this company again to recertify. read more

I did my ACLS re-cert today, and this class is probably one of the best I've taken so far. The instructors made the class fun and put everyone at ease. I appreciated that after we watched the video of the task we were supposed to be learning, Jason would also demonstrate the actions and highlighted what he wanted us to do during the scenario. I'd recommend this class to my colleagues, and I'll be back to re-cert in 2 years. read more

I took BLS and ACLS here and absolutely loved both classes!! The instructors are well trained, patient and extremely supportive to make sure everybody is understanding the material and keeping up with the course. You get frequent break throughout the day and this prevents burnout (for ACLS). You also get to practice as many times as you need to in order to feel comfortable with megacode, and I truly appreciated this. It was also very easy to register for the classes online and the emailed study guides were pure gold. I'm very glad I chose Express Training Solutions for my re-certifications and highly recommend this place!! read more
