My son borrowed a friends car and went out of the city, got lost and broke down. He luckily was able to get a ride to his apartment from the Sheriff but his recollections of where the car was left were absolutely horrible. Luke from Yeller Towing was beyond patient and helpful in trying to and finally locating the car after two attempts. Luke stayed in touch the entire time and was absolutely amazing in helping us. After 40 years of being in the area, he knew the roads well and his guy found the car and towed it in same day within a short period of time! His pricing was upfront and HONEST! Beyond that it was affordable (almost unheard of) Everyone else that I called gave me quotes that were astronomical and d$#@ near asked for blood, first born and my tax refund. None of them even knew the exact location of the car, they quoted from one city to the next instead. One guy even quoted 500 bucks stating that he had to use his flat bed and it was far. WHAT?! I stopped at Complete Auto Service and requested "first aid," some tape to hold the loose part in place. Noah grabbed his tape and secured the part in minutes. Friendly, very helpful, prompt. The engine in my son's 2012 Hyundai locked up a couple of weeks ago, so my son had it towed to Complete Auto. It was going to cost between somewhere in the range of $4,000-$6,000 to replace the engine, and he still has a small loan on the car. The team at Complete auto (Nick & Matt) did some searching and found that there was a technical service bulletin (TSA) on his year and make of vehicle that addressed the engine failure. Long story short, they suggested that we have it towed to a Hyundai dealership to see if they would warranty it, and...THEY DID! Complete Auto "could" have not told us about the service bulletin and possibly had a big pay day. It's very hard to find that level of honesty in ANY business these days. They might not always be the cheapest, but they have my business and recommendation because of their quality work, honesty, over-all value, and willingness to help people out in any way possible.
