I find this company very reliable and affordable,, I been using them for the past 2 years and I…read morehave no complaints about them, usually on time, no more than 10 to 15 minutes waiting time, I said usually because there is been times where they had been running late but I think is understandable because is probably no more than 30 cars in this company but for a local taxi company they do a pretty good job. I have used others "bigger company names" when they asked where I was going and probably I wasn't going over 5 miles away they told me ETA was 30 min or more. So if you are looking for a local cab in Hanover park, Streamwood area I find this company my best option, I don't know what other areas they do service at but also from Roselle they have pick me up couple times and same results.

They are late, do not know the area, and are rude. In addition, I believe that they put their passengers and others on the road in danger. This morning, traveling to work in my own car, a taxi med vehicle came up behind me and tailgated me for quit a distance. I was going at least 10 miles above speed limit, and with other cars next to me, I didn't have much option. In addition, it was raining, rush hour, I wasn't about to get a speeding ticket or drive unsafe because of taxi driver who was probably late picking up his passenger in the first place. The tax driver continued to flash his lights at me, and moment I was able to get into the other lane, I did. I look over, and the tax driver was REACHING OVER the passenger flicking me off!! Then proceeded to zoom pass and me and cut me off. I couldn't believe it, I think it was completely uncalled for, and really do hope the passenger got to his destination safe and sound.

The best limo/taxi service I ever had. I travel every month for business. I've used several taxi…read moreservices before but the first time I've dealt with Lake County Ride {Khan), I told Khan I will always contact him every time I travel. Khan is very professional. He is always on time. Yesterday, March 18 when Khan picked me at O'Hare, my flight was delayed by almost an hour and on top of that, my luggage went missing. Poor Khan waited for me patiently and still manage to show not a single sign of attitude. Khan is still nice, patient and very professional after all the wait that he did for me. Not only that Khan has the best price in the area, he is very reliable and I told myselfI will be his regular customer whenever I need a ride. Oh I must add, Khan is a very safe driver, his car is very reliable and always very clean. I am also enjoying talking to Khan about his family and future plan in life. What I found after a few conversation with him, Khan is a very hard working, very loving and caring to his family and friends. Thank you Khan for your wonderful service! God be with you and your family.
