If you're looking for a salon that cares about you, your hair care routine, and the health of your…read morehair, look no further than Littlefield Salon. I met Sarah and immediately was drawn to HER hair. It had movement. The color was beautiful. She was the perfect mix of down to earth, but elegant. There are a lot of things that I'd like to highlight about Littlefield. - Caring personal touch: It was my first time there (and certainly not my list), but Sarah and the rest of the stylists knew everyone that came in by name. They asked personal questions like, "How was your trip last week?"... "How is [name of the class] that you're taking?". - Thoughtful decor and ambiance: This space immediately puts you at ease. The waiting lounge is set in a comfy living-room style. Everything from the lighting fixtures to the beautiful small touches. Instead of sitting in the corner with aluminum foils on my head in an uncomfortable chair, the "coloring station" is around a beautiful glass table, complete with snacks, drinks, magazines, and cool conversation with other people around the table. It's clear that client experience is something that Sarah and her team have thought extensively about! -Comfortable community feel: It's pretty amazing that clients stroll through the front door, say hello, and help themselves to snacks and the coffee machine. The music is relaxing, but upbeat. Everyone from single-digit-aged kids that were getting their hair colored, to older men looking for a trim, to the quirky young professional that is graduating from the cheapo-supercuts. I immediately felt welcome, and I can see everyone else feeling the same way, too. - No obligation to continuously make small talk: It might be just me, but sometimes, I just want to go to a salon, and relax. To be honest, I can't imagine anyone not feeling immediately comfortable with Sarah. Sarah is wonderful at having awesome conversation sometimes, and then sometimes, just chillin' out and leaving comfortable silence. I think she has the gift of "just knowing". I like Sarah. She's talented. The salon is amazing.

I absolutely ask her input whether I need a cut or a trim or if I need highlights and she's not "Selling" me into getting a cut/highlights every time just to get more $$$. I have to go every 4 to 5 weeks FOR color root touch ups. Sometimes I need a cut, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I need highlights sometimes I don't. I really appreciate Meredith's honesty. She's also FUNNY, FUN and has turned into a friend & my own personal Psychologist lol !). I think she may know more about my life than some family members!! (Whether she likes it or not-HAHA) I highly recommend MEREDITH. If you want to try ANYTHING NEW, she can do that too!! ***One Odd Thing NOTHING to do with Meredith. This may not be weird to anyone else but me but the Owner Joe needs to put Wifi into the Salon. It's 2017, just about everywhere you go has Wifi. When you are there for a couple of hours to get your hair done, it would be nice to be on Wifi and not use tons of Data while waiting under the dryer etc. I'll have unlimited Data shortly but for the moment it would be nice. The Salon is Clean and well appointed. The people that work there are extremely friendly. They have a lot of great products for sale that are great for your hair. They are not pushy to make you leave with 10 extra products. I love Salon DiCarlo & Meredith !! Just an update to say that my FAVE Meredith has moved to Cutting Image in Bridgewater!! I have followed her there. No difference in drive time so Meredith still has me as long as she can stand me lol ‍‍‍‍‍‍
