We will definitely seek TGR out for our future project needs when they arise. Many thanks for the great work!

**Absolutely amazing!**…read more Riley Reed, I just have to say thank you, thank you, thank you! The floors look absolutely amazing. The guys were so thorough and did such an incredible job. My husband even pointed out things they fixed that the other company definitely did not like tacking down boards that had been causing squeaking. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. After two years, being able to finally unpack and enjoy our space is going to be so wonderful, especially with the holidays right around the corner. We were so impressed with their work that we plan to hire the same company to continue the flooring through our living room and dining room. Thank you again for doing such a beautiful, thorough job. He is fair, ethical and the quality of Advanced Construction's work was a 10! Not to mention we paid what we were quoted and not a dime more- a rarity in the construction/remodel world, it seems. They completed a large drywall project, removed a chimney and did a full bathroom remodel for our guest bath. We truly couldn't be more pleased with the results. We hope to get him and his team in for our kitchen remodel when we're ready to start this next big project and will be HIGHLY recommending this team! Thank you to Advanced Construction!!!

These people gouged my kitchen wall while installing a countertop and wouldn't repair it or cover…read morethe cost of repair. They told me it was something that could happen during installation. Five years later, the undermount kitchen sink they installed in the same granite countertop dropped and caused a leak. I had a plumber come out and he video'd the mounts they used to install the sink and thought the length of the wood they used was too short. We both thought the bracket may have failed because of that. I called precision and told them what happened and supplied them with pics and video. They wanted to charge me to come out and reinstall the sink and, by the way, if plumbing had to be removed and then re-installed, that would require a visit from a plumber. I asked another countertop installer to come fix the sink but they won't touch other people's mistakes. My sink is being held in place by a car jack. At least the plumber fixed my leak.
