They demonstrate how their cookware is superior to other cookware by stating it is made of surgical steel that doesn't leave a metallic taste. Then, they show a video to scare you into thinking that you'll get cancer if you continue using the pots and pan you have at home. Their pots, pans, and other equipment can somewhere in the hundreds and thousands. My mom fell prey to their marketing tactics and bought $4,000 worth. When I tried to return it within their 48 hour window, they try very hard to convince you to keep it. It's worse than trying to cancel your gym membership.
