I always felt anxious and nervous when learning. When I was taught by JEM driving all that was put to rest. Mile has a very calming influence and even when I did make errors he taking me why they were errors as apposed to shooting and panicking me more. I don't think I would be driving now it I hadn't picked such a good teacher. I have recommended Mike to lots of my friends because I am sure they will pass first time with Mike as I did. The only reason why the people will select them , because a lot of other driving school are full book, so they are no choice to go ahead with Impulse.

Unfortunately however, I experienced the opposite and am now not able to get that £600 back. In the space of 3 months I had only completed 2 and a half hours worth of lessons. My instructor had a lot of personal matters to attend to, my instructor was late to lessons and I would still not get the full hours worth of lesson despite them being late. Booking a lesson was difficult within itself as my instructor stated he receives many messages from other students therefore it would just get lost therefore he recommended ringing instead. Whilst I did attempt to ring, there were many occasions where they would be in a lesson with another student therefore I would have to ring another time however sometimes there would be no answer. Lessons were constantly delayed. I then told my instructor that I would like to switch to automatic and asked if I could receive a refund, to which the response was that they had spoken to Suja Driving Company and would not be able to get a refund, my only options were to give remaining hours to a friend/family member or complete my remaining hours. So I chose to complete my remaining hours yet I have not had a single lesson since again due to poor communication. I emailed Suja Driving School now to ask for a refund several times, however time and time again this request has been rejected. Whilst it may be stated in your policy that refunds are not available, there should be special circumstances as this is not fair and there are many students who work hard for their money. £600 was lost for nothing.

I felt scared and thought this was dangerous. When confronted him, he lost his temper. Refused to let me practice with the Sat Nav or Bay Parking. I really appreciated that the lessons were bespoke and tailored for my needs. Dan has a calm nature which I appreciated. Each lesson finished with goals for the next lesson. If I ever needed to recap anything from general driving to manoeuvres we did it either in the lesson I was having or the following week.
