When they did not receive a response, they proceeded with the repair anyway and charged us $778 to replace a master fuse. The following Friday, after business hours, they called to let us know the vehicle was ready. We went to pick it up on Monday, only to discover that the dashboard had not even been reassembled. As a result, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to finish putting my vehicle back together. To make matters worse, they charged an additional 3% fee for using a credit or debit card on top of an already expensive repair bill. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, the decision to proceed with an expensive repair without receiving authorization, and the condition in which my vehicle was presented when we arrived to pick it up. The overall experience was unprofessional, and I feel customers deserve better communication, transparency, and service.

But Just GM says they had three mechanics look at it. They also said they fixed my friend's automatic door locks and is listed on the receipt but it still doesn't work.
